I have a mailbox here,, so I'm in frequently. I have always experienced excellent customer service. Within two visits they remembered me, and as I walk in, somebody is checking for packages for me. Recently, another customer and I walked in together as they opened. She was there before me, and was to go first. The clerk asked if it was okay to get me my package (the orher cuatomer was fine with that)... a much appreciated little courtesy from them bith, and saved me quite a few minutes. My wife and I mailed a package to FL from Culpeper. Package damaged so we went in store to get our shipping cost refunded and the owner said you packed it and NOTHING we can do. We were not asking for content replacement just what it cost to ship. This little man should not be in Customer service and just plan rude. We will never ship from this location again even if I am dying! Guess this man was having a bad day but what a poor repsentation for UPS. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY MORE BUT just a waste of time! read more

omg, this store has the most amazing staff. I have never been treated so well in any store anywhere. They go above and beyond every single time I go there. They treat me like I'm their only customer and they are always so busy. The staff even went so far as to look up my order for me on my IPad when I was clearly having problems. She didn't have to go that far. She found what I needed in 2 seconds. I'm disabled and struggle many times. I will never go to any other UPS store. I think the manager was there. When I complimented the young lady helping me the older woman agreed completely and said that some young people don't have the patience that young lady does. She was amazing. I received the worst customer service I ever have in my life , I shipped a package the gentleman took my phone and the paper I had it written on and googled it after all that I paid charges 56.46 for item that can not be replaced. Looking on tracking the item found out it was shipped to Oregon , called the store and when asking about the charges and being shipped to the wrong place guy said well you clicked on the screen to confirm. Yes my fault assuming after all the efforts to give him correct address that it was correct b being I can not see the fine print very well. The worker got loud with me and when I got loud back he hung up on me. Called back several times for to speak to manager who argued with me and then denied his worker got loud with me and still never answered my question about the charges of sending package 39 hours away vs 6 hours away. Manger told me he did not need my business and hung up on me. read more

I purchased a Husqvarna Viking Ruby Royale embroidery machine on eBay and the seller chose this store to have it professionally packaged and shipped by. The thin single walled box was inappropriate for the weight of the item, the sheets of bubble wrap that were latex i between each layer of merchandise, was inappropriate and shipping the unit in its side, made no sense if you wanted to get the item to NC in one piece. Thankfully, insurance was taken out for $1200. Regardless, the people at this store don't know the claims process and have dragged it out for over 3 weeks so far. They told me to close my claim as they preferred to open their own, they would constantly say that they did have a claims specialist available and when she was, she told me that the claim would be delayed because.... Wait for it.... They didn't check their email every day (when UPS requested more info from them) and they ignored email from the 3rd party insurance carrier that UPS uses for claims for over $1000. They excuse, they didn't recognize the sender and didn't know that policy! The claim was closed for lack of timely response and I notified them of this. UPS then contacted me for legible copies of documentation they submitted as it was not legible. I called this UPS store again to be told this was untrue and that they would follow up on it. They didn't so, I contacted the UPS Store corporate office to report a formal complaint against these people. Last I heard, they wanted additional documentation regarding the repair estimates and that was provided as well. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon as 3 weeks is way to long to be dealing with these people. FYI, Emily really tries to do everything.... Dawn is just an unpleasant person and the grumpy man who answers the phone is just not helpful at all. I normally go out of my way to leave really good feedback from business that I work with but, this is just an impossibility with this establishment.... read more

Beware of their scales they are not accurate if something weighs 50 pounds they say it weighs 55 to 60 pounds

This was my first time at this store. The representative that served me was a young lady named Mikaela. She couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, informative and respectful. Dave is great and the staff is extremely friendly. They are fast, reasonably priced and go above and beyond. Two thumbs up!

I usually don't come here but the times I have had pleasant interactions with the staff. A recent visit to the UPS changed my mind of this place. Such a rude interaction, I am always the one to greet. The man who was working was so rude and did not have manners at all. He did not greet me and overall did not want to be there. I have shipped extremely important documents, as well as, guitars, amplifiers, electronics, and speakers from this store and have always been met with professional service. I have always found the employees concentrated to my shipment and very thorough & accurate. It is rare that I would trust anyone enough to just drop off an expensive item and have them package/ship it. I completely trust these folks. I have dropped many fragile items and once they reach the destinations I have always been advised that the packaging was incredibly secure. I have never had any (0) problems with my items not only finding their way but also arriving as they were when I dropped them. Care and professionalism is what I seek. And I have found it at this location I will not ship anywhere else and highly recommend. read more
