I can't say I've ever seen customer service on this level. She also was in great spirits and high energy, not annoying high energy but warm...like an aunt. She was able to help me with my FedEx shipment. It doesn't work how it would at a FedEx office ship & print, though I was still able to use my account. I really enjoy stopping there and so glad we have this local business in our community since they are quite an asset. Good pricing and great service.
