When I originally switched to Best Way (BW), it was largely due to their competitive rates. As my business relationship with BW developed, I was pleased to find that their customer service was great - particularly in that I didn't have to wait on hold for excessively long times just to speak with someone. I have had one experience with a BW rep that was a bit short with me, cutting me off repeatedly, but in general their customer service has been great. I would also say that I appreciate and support local businesses as opposed to huge nationwide company. I support BW, and appreciate their prompt attention to my concerns, and that I have never been on hold with them longer than a minute!
