You can tell they take pride in their work and have great attention to all of the little details. The detail and texture that is visible in the scanned files is amazing. Basically all…read morethey did was box things up, poorly, (such as bubble wrapping and boxing an empty milk crate, not laying things flat - so creases and such), made the insurance claim, stored the stuff while the floor was getting repaired, and brought it back. No unpacking, no cleaning of things they told me they would have cleaned, no communication. I don't understand why they (said they) inventory everything and took pictures so it would go back to the same place they got it from, if they aren't going to finish the job and unpack, and verifiy that nothing was damaged. Very very disappointed in my experience with this company. I am currently still unpacking things myself, and I'm an old man, so it takes me a very long time, but I needed my life / basement workbench back.
