    I went into this establishment today to get pricing for obituaries. Unfortunately, I am not able to…read moregive a review on the quality of the finished product due to the rude service that my family received. It should automatically be assumed that when a family comes into this type of business that they're likely in mourning. The sales associate that we dealt with was very unfriendly and condescending. Would I advise anyone to not use this establishment? Not necessarily because the sample products looked okay. I just choose to spend my money where I receive great customer service along with a great product. Needless to say the family will be purchasing obituaries elsewhere. I don't believe in criticizing without providing a solution. Here a few things that will make the customer experience better in the future... 1. Provide some type of sensitivity training to the employees. More specifically in dealing with grieving families. Sometimes, it's not what you say, but how you say it. 2. Assume that your customer may not be experienced in creating obituaries. To ask someone what they want in a rude manner without even showing the available options is not very helpful as they are coming to you for your expertise. If the customer was experienced with creating obituaries, they would make their own and go to a print company themselves. Take a moment to show the options FIRST, then ask what they'd like. 3. Remember that a little bit of friendliness goes along way. Even if it's just providing service with a smile. 4. If all else fails, and your employees are just not friendly or simply are not "people persons", allow them to work in the back office, not on the front line dealing with customers.

    This place is ridiculous, I submitted my family obituary and the service was like talking to a…read morewall. Shelly has poor customer service skills and does not give a damn about your family or the pain that you are encountering. If it wasn't for Shay at the funeral home, I would have gone to another establishment. This company needs a complete overhaul and or needs to be shut down. Shelly, you need you get your attitude together, one day you will be on our side of the fence and find yourself looking in the mirror. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you can, do your homework before you get involved. Mr. Leak, please find a reputable establishment to handle your business. This company makes Leak and Son's look back and you are number one in my book. Actually, I selected one star, but I have no stars for this company, it can not be rated, it can not be considered, it can not be counted. Again, Shelly you are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please people, make sure you read every page, go through every detail with affine tooth comb and trust me, Shelly will still screw it up. Please RUN far away and check out other places that care and are compassionate regarding your time of sorrow. Shelly, Kick ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
