Have been coming forever to ship packages/Amazon returns etc. I recently have been utilizing their notary service dealing with lawyer "stuff" since my dad's unexpected passing out of state. All of the girls are so patient, kind and thoughtful!! I have been coming here for years and the service was great. Today, they attempted to refuse service because I was confused about the diffetence between "stamps or tracking." I asked what the difference was and the agent just kept repeating what she had already said with no further detailed explanation. I guess she thought I was being difficult and attempted to refuse service to me. Its unfortunate. And the remodel may provide more room for staff, but its inefficient for customers. I don't ever come to this one since the parking lot where it's located is usually full. It's also a smaller location so when it's busy you'll be waiting outside until the line goes down, but they do hustle to make it go by faster. I've always had young girls help me out and they've always been super nice. Transactions are easy with dropping off packages. read more

Spent $100 to ship 2 boxes across the country- one arrived looking like it had been through a war zone and the other mysteriously shipped back to the store with no explanation except a "process" issue. Once it finally arrived, the process issue was revealed as UPS had destroyed the first box with obviously careless handling, dumped the ruined contents into a random box (not even a UPS box) and shipped it again. Not sure if I'm the most bothered by the complete lack of care it would take to utterly destroy a shipping box I purchased, but the lack of integrity in acting like nothing wrong occurred. This store and UPS should be embarrassed at this behavior. World class service? You don't even tell the truth. No ownership or accountability! read more

Usually this UPS location is staffed by efficient capable employees. This morning I went in and it is now under renovation (plastic hanging floor to ceiling and staffed by two young females who had zero interest in providing any level of customer service. I needed to print a few tax documents from an email. I asked if I could accomplish that and instantly the girl said no as she glanced at the printer. I asked if she could suggest another location for such a simple task and she mentioned two other cities nearby (UPS locations). I asked if she had the address of either of the other two locations and she took all of one second to retort NO. It's been a while since I've encountered anyone less interested in their job. Whoever hired these two gems could use some training. Anyway, save yourself the aggravation, at least until the renovation is complete and this location is hopefully returning the qualified staff. Don't plan on using any UPS Store coupons at this location. I tried to use the coupon to shred one pounds and receive a free pound of shredding free and was told it was not honored at this independently owned location. I've used this store several times to ship with a prepaid Poshmark store label. Today I went in to ship something and I had the QR code to print the shipping label. The girl (the tall blond) said she couldn't scan my label because it was a USPS label.??? I told her I've been able to use and ship with these labels before with no problem. My service that was requested was copies and mailing service post dated to be specific. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately, the area was clean and tidy and well maintained. My helper was quick and efficient and she also explained everything with good detail and that was so helpful because this was my first time mailing time sensitive documents .The pricing was good also no complaints I believe I paid under 25 dollars and doing it the other way would have costed me 100$ !!!!A couple customers walked in after me when I was being helped and another employee jumped right in .This was my 3rd time I've been here and this time I felt the need to give them a shout-out!! Packages stacked inches from unattended door are not safe! 2 of our packages were stolen here and they assume no liability nor does ownership or ups or usps this is a broken system run by children not watching your packages! This USPS was very slow unfortunately. It's not the staffs problem but there was only one person working and the line was backed up around 15 people. It wasn't moving for 30 minutes either. This location charges $2.99 service fee plus the cost to print an emailed label ju to send something back to Amazon. Why????? I will gladly pay for the cost of the label. But your charging me a service fee also?? Give me the damn label and I will attach it to my envelope my self. There's your damn service fee. I looked up for the UPS store near me...and for some reason, this store doesn't come up. The stores in Valencia, Saugus do...I thought, well maybe the Canyon Country Store has closed or something since Covid hit us. I took a chance ...drove first to the UPS store close to me...it would save me several minutes of having to drive to the Bouquet Store near Seco. So, I park first...and walk in to see when and if they had the 1pm saturday pickup as the other stores did posted on their store sites. I walk in and eventually the young person hidden behind a wall answers me as I asked was there anyone there? She came out...and I asked, "Was there a 1pm pickup?" She hesitated a second and with an uncertain reply said "There shoulllldddd be"....as if almost posed as a question. I said.."I really need this box to go out today....can she guarantee it?" ...The young gal said "there's not a pickup on sunday" rather unconfidently, which didn't show much confidence with handling my shipping...So, I drove to the Bouquet Store at Seco and the gal there was totally together and clear that it'd go out today...gave me the list of choices for pricing and when it'd arrive at my destitation. I see why the Canyon Country UPS doesnt' even come up when you go online to see where the closest UPS store is...and I remembered several years ago having a similar issue with the CC store...heads up UPS store owners!!! Train you staff to know what's going on....get online and organize your online footprint on what services you do. Well....the story continues it appears. I took my package to the Bouquet Cyn UPS store at Seco....they told me my package would arrive in Memphis by Thursday...maybe sooner. So, I paid the $90 something to get my package to Memphis by thursday. My wife checks the tracking when she got home last night...UPS is telling us NOW, that it'll get there by the following next monday!!! SO! UPS continues to screw things up. I needed the package there when UPS told it would be there. That's what I told the recipients who needed the box by thursday at the latest!!! Please explain the mis-info and bad service . Terry Here's the latest...got even more dismal. Sooo....the Bouquet UPS Store told us it'd be there "by thursday...maybe even sooner" ...the gal said. We saw that same night ..tracking said it wouldn't get there 'til the following monday. 4 days too late. So, we finally got a customer service person at UPS who sounded coherent...seemed to care about helping us. But, after a day or so...they said it hadn't left LA yet...but, there weren't sure where it was. But, if they could find it...we could go get the box. In that same time...we contact Fed Ex to find out...IF we shipped with them ..they could get a box to our location by wednesday/thursday much cheaper that what UPS was charging. But, it'd mean driving 35 miles or so to go pick up another box of our product...drive to a Fed Ex place...pay the fees, ship a second box. Which we did...then we hear from UPS, the first box was going to the desired location but, it wouldn't get there 'til monday or tuesday the following week. We're out a few hundred bucks...waisted a lot of time driving around, several phone calls. And yet to receive any follow up call from UPS with any productive plan to do what they originally said they'd do. So, lesson learned. read more

I think I just had an incident with another customer, NOT the staff. Of course, the usual jerk walks in, in a hurry and he's already huffing and puffing over waiting in an extremely short line. He starts to talk about me taking three seconds to decide whether I want a tracking number or not. He's the typical coward who can't say anything to my face and talks in the third person when he rants and complains. That usually starts with, "Some people just can't....blah blah blah.. ." Then I hear him talking to, possibly the owner, saying how some people lack decision making skills. Really, dude? Like your 60 year old self can't wait less than two minutes. My transaction took less than a minute and because this man walks in with his huffy puffy, negative attitude, of course being the only man in the store, he wants to show how big he really is. He decided to continue to talk about me as I was leaving so I made sure when I passed him, I said, "Some people are just rude!" I didn't mean the staff. I meant the customer. I love this location and just can't stand the people who use the UPS locations and act like it's the post office. I commend the women who work here. They deal with a lot jerks! I saw it today. It was obvious the woman felt his vibe when he came in and was trying to get us all situated. She did an EXCELLENT job. I feel sorry for what she had to witness. I just want them to know that I wasn't saying that they were rude but the old dude in the yellow polo was rude. This place is one of the business UPS stores I have ever seen. It seems like everyone in 10 miles comes here, but the ladies who work there are always very nice even if there are really busy. I use them consistently for my returns on Amazon and other online merchants. However I did get something laminated the other day 8x11 sheet cost less than $3.00 so I guess that is good. Watch the traffic in the parking lot though, it can be busy and crazy. read more

DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE. They advertise on their windows to ship UPS overnight. Was guaranteed overnight shipment of very important documents and would be received overnight on Monday. Was told by one of the staff at this store that since my shipment was not shipped until Monday is due to the driver not showing up and that this store does not have a contract with UPS and the driver is just doing them a favor to stop by for pick ups for overnight. It was considered a "mistake". If a store is advertising to be an actual shipper for UPS then a driver is not going to forget them for a pickup. This is so bad. It cost me hundreds of dollars due to "their mistake". I should have been told they can not guarantee a next day delivery. I could have gone someplace else to ship. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. They can not guarantee shipment as promised and paid for. read more

The staff here is wonderful. I come here and there's rarely a wait. For the most part 3 employee members are here for postal and notary services. They have copy machines on site as well as a variety of shipping supplies and cards. Personal mailboxes available and there's even a USPS mail box in front of their store. I took an important package for school here in January that needed to reach CT in 5 days. I was going to pay 2 day but when I told the cashier I needed it there in 5 days she suggested I do 3 day as it was cheaper. So I listened, and paid for guarantees 3 day shipping. I didn't get a confirmation from the school, so I checked on my tracking and was surprised to see it took 2 weeks! It didn't even leave their facility for 2 days. Irresponsible! I called and they promised me a refund of my 30$ and an apology and guess what, it's May and "my check keeps getting lost." Do NOT trust this location with time sensitive packages. I will be contacting corporate to complain. I've been told "our manager Jen will call you" several times, but that was in March. So Jen, learn some customer service. read more
