I am always so pleased when I go into this store (which lately has been quite a few times). I can say the staff (all of them) are just wonderful! They are extremely friendly, nice, professional, and efficient - keep it up since you make it so easy to bring items in to ship and return! read more

I had an opportunity to pickup a package that was sent to me by another UPS Store. That store was located in Oro Valley, AZ. The cost of shipping that package was $108.00 for a two day delivery to Breckenridge, CO. When proceeding to the Breckenridge location I was informed that there was a fee $40.00 for the store to receive the package. There was no fee schedule for pricing; it was in my opinion a commissioned transaction. That said, with no published rate.... Fortunately, I have contacts deep within UPS and will convey this shady and dishonest business practice. I would not and cannot recommend this establishment.....!!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs...... read more

This is a great store. The team is super helpful and always polite even when busy. They have a lot of different services too

All of the people working here do great. Ryan is awesome. The owner is awesome all just have great attitudes and willing to help always.

Rude service by Ryan this morning. He is abrupt and has zero customer service skills. Scary! read more

The UPS store in Breckenridge provides a vaulable service to our community. The owners and employees are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The number of packages and mail this UPS store processes every day is massive and they get it right 99.999% of the time. I have been a customer for over 10 years and truly appreciate and value the service this store provides. Thank you. read more

I have written reviews about this UPS location before. Every time I see a negative review I feel urged to write another one. Working with people is so very challenging at times, even more if they are people who don't live here permanently. This is my fourth year as a client of this business, and I will say it again, they are very helpful, responsible, friendly and even funny at times. Living in the mountains brings an array of challenges for locals and local businesses; I am very grateful to the owners and the staff of this UPS location, I have NEVER lost a package or encountered a mailing issue they could not fix for me. Be appreciative of those who make your life easier. To the owners and the amazing staff of UPS Breckenridge: Keep up the good work! Thank you for everything you do. - Elsa read more

A general rip off at best- they charge $7 to print a label from email- steer clear I assume they can rip you off since its the only ups store in breckenridge- read more

I agree with a previous reviewer. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. I am a subscriber to UPS services and had to redirect a package from my home address to the store. UPS sent an email to me saying that my package was ready for pickup. When I arrived at this UPS store, staff told me that my package was on their trailer and they were too busy to go and get it. They told me to return in 3 hours. When I returned 3 hours later, they told me that they didn't have time to retrieve my package. The owner complained that they are forced to take UPS packages and that other services are their priority. I expressed my disappointment. I returned 2 days later only to discover that they returned my package to the sender. As a UPS customer, I was shocked by the poor service. read more

Seriously the most helpful staff of any business in Breck, maybe the world. I was sending a return and was given a FedEx label but went here for a huge box. Despite the fact that I wasn't even using UPS, they spent a ton of time helping me find the right box, loading an unwieldy item, and sealing it up--all while being kind and generous. Plus, there are cute dogs. THANK YOU!!! read more

Great service, great staff. One of the better operated places in summit. Highly recommend

The staff is super rude and obnoxious. They made it very clear that they are not related to UPS and only pay to put the UPS sign up and therefore have no responsibilities to track packages. Don't expect to pick up a package here. According to store staff the 'UPS Access Point' program (the UPS program offering drop off locations) 'is total trash' so this store regularly rejects packages. I can't even believe I'm seeing any good comments about this place. Run, don't walk, away from this UPS store. read more

They are super friendly and sweet. Always willing to give you a helping hand. I highly recommend this business for packages, shipping and mail service! read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Charge $30 PER package to pick up from this location!! Got 2 packages delivered to this UPS store, one via FedEx and the other by UPS themselves. $30 PER PACKAGE no matter what. read more

I am surprised by the negative reviews. We have used this location to receive all of our packages for several years and are delighted with the service. The staff is always kind and helpful. If we get too many packages they often help carry them out to the car. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the owners and staff. read more

Zero stars. These people are just consistently rude to customers. Doesn't matter if you're a local or a tourist, they don't discriminate with their lack of customer obsession. Despite the longer drive I now go to FedEx in silverthorne. read more

Dropped a package to be shipped to my 84 year old mother today and Yana helped me. Very small box with Christmas gifts. As she shook the box, she asked me what was in it. I told her exactly what was in it (a cd, candle, and a couple of other things and no drugs) it seemed that she did not believe me. This is complete bullshit and I don't even get treated like this at the post office. I had a good friend that shipped something not too long ago and the blonde punk clerk actually opened up his package because he didn't believe that it was not drugs. Don't go to the UPS store. They're a joke! read more

This particular UPS store in Breckenridge CO has the worst customer service and policies (price gauging) by far! I would stay clear of this franchised UPS store at all costs! read more

First and only visit to this establishment! The radio was playing quite loudly, which normally I would have no issue with except this was a station that was very explicit both sexually, vulgarity and language. Couple that with the staff sharing the politic and racist views in front of me was the last straw. Not going back there again. I'll take my time to drive to Fedex in Silverthorne from now on read more

This store is the best! After learning the hard way that the US Post Office in Breck is utterly understaffed and overwhelmed, we decided to rent a box from UPS. What a great decision! Everyone is so nice and helpful, plus we get our packages days earlier than we did at the post office. Everyone is super friendly, efficient, and helpful, too. read more

The best. Great customer service. 1,000 x better than post office. Been using them for years now and have never had a problem. They go above beyond read more

If you would like to subject yourself to a Nazi or North Korea style interaction then this is your place. The owner yelled at me for asking why I needed to open a package. I don't know that I've ever been in a place that has treated me so rudely. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to handle your business needs...that is unless you enjoy being treated like you're in North Korea. read more

We've had a box here for over a year and have had all great experiences. Everyone is helpful and knows us by name. They start getting our packages when they see us walking in the door. They even offer to help us take oversized items out to our car. I suspect that the one-star reviews are from competitors. read more

This store was the best customer service that I have ever encountered at a UPS store. They are friendly and extremely helpful!!!

Usually UPS Store is good, but avoid this location! I got charged a $30 hidden fee to pick up a 1/2 pound package during the same day! If I would have known about this hidden fee I would have had it shipped down the street, where I could have picked it up for free! I can not believe that holding a very small package for a day would ever cost more than shipping it across the country! "We charge twice as much to pick up larger packages." "This store is locally owned, and that is why we can wear whatever we want, and also why we can make whatever rules we want." read more

This is best mail/package store I've ever dealt with. Employees are professional, courteous and pleasant. The customer service is the best you'll find. read more

Unfortunately I have started to see why there are so many negative reviews for this business. I have now had two very bad interactions with the UPS store. Specifically Jacob. I have never been treated so poorly by an individual. His attitude is abusive and alarming. I won't be going back there ever and have taken my personal business and professional business to the location in Dillon. Much nicer staff. This is an example of how one employee can ruin it for everyone. The other employees at this location have always been great. Ryan, Yanna and the owners were always nice even when they were slammed. read more

I've never been to a place with such rude staff. I printed out my label, I had my box but I forgot to bring tape with me (the box was fully taped except one part). They made a huge deal about me not having a dollar to pay for the 3 inches of tape needed. The manager or supervisor ran out of the office to yell at me and say this is the only time they will "let it slide". But they were so nasty about it, it was hardly letting something slide. I offered to leave and go to the Dillon store (which has the friendliest staff who usually box things up free!) but they just had to keep bringing up the dollar and that they would charge it to the shipping account. What an awful place. read more

Too bad you can't do 0 stars or negative stars. These people are crazy. Been traveling full-time for 4 years now and I have mail shipped to UPS stores for $5 per package. They are charging $30 per package, as the manager said, as a deterrent from people shipping to their location. It's price gouging and illegal. I got the manager Jared on video stating as such. He said that he can set the price to whatever he wants because of supply and demand and he doesn't have to abide by corporate UPS policy because he's a franchise. Well, that's just insane because yes he does. He pays franchise fees to corporate and there are rules with that. Nowhere is it prominently displayed on the website nor at his store of this fee. I'll be turning him into UPS corporate, attorney generals office for price gouging, BBB, already posted on Twitter to UPS, and writing reviews to make sure this doesn't happen to others. By the looks of the Yelp reviews here - this store should be shut for horrible customer service and illegal activity. Wow, just wow. What kind of a person takes advantage of others and charges $30 per package to pick up instead of the customary $5? Not only is price gouging illegal, but his moral code comes into question and his business ethics. Pretty disgusting to prey upon individuals that way. read more

I would give them 5 stars except for one employee, the blond lady. She has been very rude every time I've been in the store. To start off with she looks at the customer like she's being inconvenienced. She asked to see what I was shipping because she thought it might be weed. I showed her but it's none of her business. One of the other employees said, in a very cheerful tone, "As long as it's not flammable." Then she said to me, in a snotty tone, "Don't take it personally." Needless to say I walked out without shipping my package. read more

I used UPS Stores all the time, almost on a weekly basis to print docs and have them notarized. This is the first location I've ever been to that charges $3 to just login to my email to print off docs on their printers. Obviously paying for printing and notary, that's a no-brainer, that's what they're in the business of. Charging if I needed to sit there and browse the web, sure, I'd understand that, but charging me a $3 minimum just to login to email to pay to print something is absurd. Highly recommend you take your business somewhere else. read more

Aug 2019 experience inconsistent with earlier. The fellow encountered by phone today was snarky, rude and disrespectful. His demeanor was sufficient for me to take my business to Silverthorne and hope they have read their own reviews. The concept of customer service seems foreign to the Breck store. They are doing you a favor helping you and happy to charge a premium in the process. read more

Joanne, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to me when my family decided to escape the Texas heat and spend a summer in Breck! She helped make a mailbox happen for me even though her demand is so high, and I was able to receive my daughter's letters from sleep away camp and of course managed to do my part to support Amazon (LMAO!) while we were there. Thank you Joanne and crew! We'll see ya'll next summer!! read more

Unlike that other guy, I would give them 5 stars BECAUSE of the blonde lady!! She gives you the straight info and really knows her stuff. Super helpful. read more

Worst place ever! Terrible, terrible customer service. Not one good thing to say about all the people that work at this store! Rude, arrogant, just plan sad! And the place is disgustingly filthy and did I mention everyone is very RUDE. Customer service is not in there vocabulary or even a consideration for them! And they do not even deserve a 1 STAR! read more

They nickel and dime you here, they charged me $1.00 just for a piece of tape. About 3 inches long. Terrible I've never been at a ups that does that. read more

These guys rock. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone at this establishment. It is such a pleasure to not to have to deal with the U.S. Post office anymore- when I moved to Breckenridge and found out I would not have a mailbox I was incredibly confused! But the fact that this became my mail depository has been such a bonus. I have had a mailbox here for over a year & have never had any issues. They are accommodating and flexible when It comes to everything from holding mail while I am out of town to mailing packages. Such a pleasure to have such a group of high quality professionals as a part of my mail experience. read more

Efficient but rude. "What's up, Bud?" 'Whadda got, Bro? " "I have a package with a label on it" "Give it to me, Bud" Not very professional. I know-cranky old man. I expected to hear "Aloha Mr. Hand" as I left. read more

My daughter lived out of the country for several years. She returned to the US and asked me to ship her all her stuff. I had no idea had to do this. Critter at the UPS store patiently explained to me all the most cost effective options. Then he said that if I brought the items in, he could help pack them to maximize the weight per box and help ensure the items were packed to minimize the possibility of damage. I found out that if UPS packs the items, then they provide damage coverage. I brought in about 8 containers of stuff-clothing, kitchen items, desk items, camping gear, etc. UPS packed it all into two large boxes while I waited and I was very pleased with the care they took in packing up her possessions. I did not send overnight but chose regular shipping. My daughter received the boxes 3 days later. No damage. Kudos to the crew at UPS. I highly recommend using this store. read more
