I just gotta say, when you first walk in don't be fooled folks. It may be small but it's mighty and has many of the services and office supplies you'd expect at a larger office supply store! Seriously...they pack, ship, copy, print, fax, laminate and so much more than office supplies galore! Need a P.O. box? They've got that. Need some dry cleaning? The Town of Ridgway sadly doesn't have a dry cleaner, so get this...you drop off...they'll take your stuff to Montrose and you conveniently arrange a pick-up time back at their store...how cool is that? Need some cool and unique gifts? They've got you covered! Need your coins counted? Yep, got that too. All in all this office supply store is DA BOMB! And y'all know how much I love to support small businesses! Store owners Spencer and Erin were super cool, professional and extremely helpful. I used a period because it was more of a declaration than a question. I didn't say a word to provoke this kind of behavior, and I was simply waiting for her and her male co-worker to finish their conversation. It wasn't busy and I was the only person waiting. After taking a few seconds to process how stunned I was at her reaction, I told her that was rude, and she again rolled her eyes and reiterated "How MAY I help you?" I simply said I was taking my business elsewhere and left. Does Sandy's treat all of their customers like this? I would suggest Aspen Reprographics as a great alternative because not only were they welcoming, they offered discounts I didn't even ask for!

Have been working with this store for 4 years and Genesys was the manager. She was great, greeted…read moreus by name and knew our box number. If packages somehow got mislabeled she knew our names and was able to process our packages. Recently, I was missing a package (first ever)which had been sitting on top of a garbage pail in the corner correctly labeled but was never processed and it had medications on ice. I'm working with the company now on what to do with them but we couldn't use them. Then I went in on Monday and the store was loaded with packages and my packages had not been processed so I said I would be back tomorrow. Returning on Tuesday, I was told I didn't have any packages and I said your wrong I havd a packaged delivered yesterday. The new manager was nice and started looking for it and again I saw a package sitting on the side by itself. I walked over and it was my package. I showed the manager and he apologized and said "how did that get there "? I know things happen and new people must come in but this guy just is struggling. He's very nice but has packages just scattered everywhere now and the business looks (and is) so unorganized. I hope that Genesys can return regardless of the issues. She was key to this office and I and many others appreciated her ability to have packages checked in quickly and knew us. This goes for several other people who also have boxes there. She knew all the local customers. Something to think about and consider. I would hate to move my address again because of lost packages.

They didn't even look at us or acknowledge our presence, We were looking for cushions for an office chair. after about 10 minutes , not finding what we wanted, we left. still nothing from any of the three employees. He even went as far as to say if for any reason it was not call the store and inform him. Monday came, no delivery and when i called up i was basically told that he told me the wrong day and that i was SOL. Now i have to pay an extra day for the assemblers to set up the equipment. This store obviously doesn't like repeat business and as a concierge i will steer everyone i meet to a different establishment. They should have offered to arrange the equipment be set up since it was on their mistake this happened. I will no longer be giving my business to you.

Really disappointing for a local business one would think would like to establish and maintain local, long term relationships. This business will be run out of town with their new offensive attitude. There are multiple rooms to this shop and each one is stuffed to the gills with decorative items with local flair -- meaning that have a mountain flair. Drawings, pictures, tables, linens. The list goes on and on. If you're in the area, you owe it to yourself just to go peek inside.

Thanks to Matt, who guided me through the self-service copy process, which was super easy, but it was nice to have the extra help. Always call ahead of time to make sure the service you're seeking is offered and available. I find that many Yelpers don't always update info or hours. And don't forget to check the Tips too.
