I usually only come here to return things from Amazon. I've used their services to ship things once or twice. In the past, service wasn't so great but now it seems better. They're friendlier now. But now adays, im usually there just to return stuff. I go to this UPS store if I have to run to CVS or something which is across the street. read more

Always friendly and helpful even when they're slammed. Plenty of parking. Easy in and out.

The employees don't know basic printing principles and are answering personal phone calls while there is a long line. They don't have solutions besides "let me ask Google". Go elsewhere if you can read more

The staff is patient, kind, quick, and helpful! Thanks so much! Very fast and easy service.

Attention UPS Customers! Rarely do I take time to review a business unless it's exceptional, or in this case a complete dumpster fire. A World Class team of imbeciles have recently been installed at this location, after many years of decent service. What's really amazing is that each employee seems to be dumber than the next, yet they come off as Rhodes Scholars next to the manager (what's his name - Jorge?). Sure, need to drop off an Amazon package? Go for it. Beyond that, you're probably better off wrapping your item in toilet paper and sending it by helium balloon. Don't expect anything beyond blank stares and rude, emotionless dribble coming out of this crew. Makes the US Post Office seem like the Ritz Carlton... read more

I've been coming to this UPS Store for years and find the location very easy to use for Amazon returns. The layout is straightforward and easy to navigate, making quick trips even quicker. The staff are pros--they clearly know what they're doing and handle requests efficiently. Plus the convenient location with free parking available is a huge plus when dropping off packages. I feel good about using this family-run local business that get's the job done right. Tip: To avoid waiting in line, go during weekend hours when the store is less crowded. read more

They close at 3:30 online and this employee walked out at 3:14 and closed the store. I worked all day and this was my only time to ship an important package. If that isn't your hours maybe update that so you don't ruin peoples day and affect their incomes. I make money from these things. Very inconvenient, also very archaic practice to close early for a stupid Christian sunday every single week. Nobody cares about that anymore lol read more

Rikka helped me out and she is awesome. I came in wanting to make a return and create a shipment order. She help me out quick, fast, and in a hurry. Keep up the great work. read more

I don't understand all of the negative reviews. Treat people with respect and you will be treated with respect. Period. I have had a mailbox at this location for going on 15 years. It has pretty much been the same staff for years at a time. Ruben has been there since as far as I can remember. I go in there all the time to check my mailbox and send back Amazon returns etc. Staff is always nice and helpful to me. I have had negative experiences at other UPS store locations - The South Lamar store comes to mine as a particularly heinous experience. This store is very different. Yes they do get busy and if you get huffy with the staff they will give it back. (And you will also get dirty looks from the other customers in line, you entitled a-hole LOL) Please let's all try to be kinder to each other. Your errands and mail to do's are important but you will get treated in kind the way you treat the staff here. Sometimes they have bad days - like we all do - I know it's not about me and don't take it personally. It's a thankless job packing boxes all day! By the way they always have chocolates for the customer which always makes my day! Please don't ever stop that :-) read more

Rikka is so helpful, patient and great customer service! She has a friendly demeanor. Will definitely be back.

Tonya recently really helped me out. She was friendly and helpful as she determined how best to wrap and ship a child's rocker special to our family headed to generation #3 on the East Coast. She was very vested in ensuring all went well in the packing and shipping of this special family item. All went well and it arrived safe and sound and is being greatly enjoyed now by a one year old. Many thanks Tonya for your great assistance - it is much appreciated! read more

Great service! Anthony took care of me. Best UPS location in Austin. Highly recommend coming here.

Very friendly and professional staff, quick in and out. Absolutely pleasant experience. 5-star!!

Amazing experience with Dan!! He was very helpful and even stayed late to help me out with a shipment

My experience was different from most reviewers, and if you look at my review histogram, you'll see that I don't hesitate to leave negative reviews when it's warranted. SUMMARY: Clerk was polite and helpful to me, and to other customers that I saw/heard him serve. DETAILS: I had an Amazon return and showed the QR code, the clerk politely pointed out that under the code it says "Customer Packaged". I've done lots of Amazon returns where no box was necessary, so, thinking I must have chosen the wrong option, I stepped out of line to cancel the return and start a new one on the Amazon app. Sure enough, there was no option for "no box". While I fiddling with the app, someone called and asked if the store did, I think, passport photos. The first words out of the clerk's mouth were "I'm sorry...". Got back in line and asked if he could just put the label on the product package, which was itself a thin box. He agreed. On Yelp we review businesses, but some customers should also get bad reviews. When I was there, a lady stormed out yelling something about "Nobody goes to Whole Foods to do Amazon returns! No one would go to Whole Foods for that!" Well, I've done it, many times, and when I go, they have a mountain of returns from other customers. read more

Staff courteous and knowledgeable... will use this UPS again!! Location is convenient and parking is great!!

This UPS store is the absolute worst. It is slow and always a mess. The manager Ruben is moody and rude. His staff are equally miserable. When I took my neurodivergent daughter in to have some legal documents notarized, Ruben proceeded to criticize her signature for all to hear. I could not wait for the UPS store up the street in the H-E-B mall to open. There is never a line, the staff is cheerful and the parking is so much easier. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location! read more

Everyone who knows me will say I'm polite and easy going. Here goes! The fat man in this UPS Store Tuesday at 9:35a should not be interacting with customers. I was attempting to return an Amazon package with a damaged item. This guy makes a smart ass'd comment about the condition of the package the item was shipped in to me. The package was placed outside upon deliver and was rained on for several hours. Not his fault, nor mine. I told him how this happened like Walter Cronkite would say. No attitude, just the facts. The fat man says he's just a worker and no need for me to have an attitude with him. I tell him all I'm saying is how the package got in this condition. He says it will be $40 to repack the item. I took the same package to a different UPS store a few minutes away and no problem shipping the item back to Amazon. read more

I had the worst customer service experience at this UPS store today. The clerk a big guy at the desk was very rude and unprofessional. I was returning a pre-paid box and needed a piece of tape. He said it cost $3 and I didn't have any cash/credit cards with me to pay. He was extremely rude and went on and on. The last time I returned a box, the other UPS store had no problem puting a piece a tape on the box. I will never shop at this store again. I have no problem paying $3 in the future, I have a problem with his rude behavior. Not acceptable. read more

Ruben, so yes I did go to another store BUT the point is you are not allowed to make fun of, or mock, your customers. regardless if they are right or wrong. the UPS store is the UPS store and it shouldn't matter which one I went to. the notary clerk filled out my DL dates wrong, which is not my fault, and it would have been nothing for you to waive the $10 instead of making fun of and berating a customer. I'm sorry you are so unhappy in life and I will never ever use UPS again based on this experience. judging by the reviews here (specifically this store - surprise) others feel the same. read more

**** NEW ownership NEW Management NEW Store**** Was in the area at a Dr.s appt and needed to return some amazon purchases. Was SHOCKED to walk in and see a beautiful new store front and a smiling face. Chris helped me with items as there were no other customers to help ( I am usually a do it yourself person). He was very nice and friendly. The store was my TYPE A clean and neat. I don't live in the area but will be going out of my way to visit this store. Thank you!! read more

It has been awhile since my last bad experience so thought I would give 3267 another shot. Bad idea. Jarod just like Ruben in the past does not care about their customers. I was the only customer in the store so busy is no excuse. Amazons return code read that UPS will pack and ship my return. Jarod said I would have to pay for a box. So of course I left. Went straight to the UPS 360. 360 said they honor what ever the Amazon return code says. The new UPS store just up the road at 360 is amazing! They are friendly and they care. They go above and beyond. Bye bye 3267 read more

The guy that greeted us was extremely condescending. He made a very basic Amazon return far more complicated than necessary. Talked down to us and told me to ignore what Amazon said and listen to him. Charged us $6 for a packing slip we already had. Do NOT recommend using this UPS store. read more

We made an appointment for notary services. We arrived and the manager (who was the notary) was not there. He left for a meeting and didn't bother to notify us that he would not be there for the appointment. Just very thoughtless when we took the time to make this appointment to take care of a time-sensitive matter. Avoid this place! read more

This UPS store smells like a toilet, then an unmasked clearly very unhealthy man began lecturing me on sealing my box. So I took my box and left. I don't need a lecture. read more

Worst ups store I've been to. Systems are always down, there's one person working and a line out the door at any given time, they make you pay for an inch of tape. Other ups stores will offer to tape the box for you. But not this store! They offer to make you buy a $7 roll of tape :) do better and get new management. For the people of westlake this is a huge disappointment given it's the only one for miles. read more

I don't know what is going on with this location - the surly, fat guy that sits on his stool all day is clearly moving slowly just to p1ss everyone off. He is beyond rude and tries to make everyone's visit the worst possible. Then, if you just drop something off (the line is always 8-12 people deep and he's the only one barely working), your package may or not get scanned in on time to make the next day delivery. Recently, I brought in a package (already labeled) and I handed it TO HIM and it wasn't scanned in for 2 more hours so it did not make if for next day, even though I had paid for next day. Sure, he will say that he is sick of dealing with all the Amazon returns but THEY GET PAID FOR EACH AND EVERY RETURN! Never again. read more

I don't know how corporate has yet to come in and take over this store. The employees are rude; they never say hi/hello, they don't make eye contact, they never say please/thank you and worst of all, they're short with customers. God forbid you aren't sure what you need, how you want something packaged, or have a question. Worst customer servoc. Additionally the store is a mess. I was just in there and there are packages, envelopes, and even trash, lying all over the floor. I'll go out of my way next time, and drive out to Lakeway, to avoid this place. read more

I never write reviews, but I will NEVER go back to this location. The guy that is always working there is incredibly rude, very dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. I was in there today and he ignored me for 10 minutes while I just stood there patiently while he did busy work, then when he finally had time to help me, basically treated me like an huge idiot for not having an extra box for an amazon return. When I asked him why he was being so rude and unhelpful, and if maybe I should come back when someone else is working, he said "I know you're pregnant and that's why you're upset". Then continued to just repeat, "sorry you are pregnant" as I grabbed my boxes and walked out. If you like being belittled, gaslit, and treated poorly by sales associates, then this is the location for you. I will be going to the William Cannon location from now on. I had a lovely experience there after leaving the Westlake location. read more

Go somewhere else. Incompetentce abound here. Oh, and if you're in the rare position of needing fax services. Forget it. They can't even dial a number from their machine. Thank dog for online fax apps. read more

We've been coming to this store for 10+yrs. Ruben and his team are informative, efficient and kind. This is a busy store at times and they do a great job of handling the volume of business. read more

Friendly and responsive! Ruben took care of me and the other gentleman was pleasant!

Always a long line. Also they charge for every little thing- for example- $3 for printing a label. The neighborhood pack n ship is so much more accommodating and also faster. read more

Do NOT buy boxes here for your Amazon returns if you can help it. They charge an arm and a leg.

An item that was shipped through this UPS location is missing. I would be very careful shipping anything of value with this guy.

Honestly I'm not really a person to leave negative reviews bc as someone who has worked in customer service I try to be understanding. I walked into the empty store and had to wait for 5 minutes while the guy was on the phone. It was on speaker so I heard everything and could tell it wasn't an emergency phone call. Then when I tried to return my Amazon package (where I didn't need any box or label just the QR code) he told me I needed to buy a box to return it. I tried to explain Amazon said I didn't need to but honestly the most frustrating part was that he was talking down to me like I was stupid. He kept assuming things like he knew everything and wouldn't listen when I tried to explain. I wasn't going to PAY for a huge box when I was literally trying to RETURN something. So not only did he waste my time by making me wait for him to end his phone call when I was the only one in the store, he was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I understand if there are protocols but at least try to delivery information kindly. read more

The big old man at the front desk was too lazy to pack our boxes. He told us to just go home 3 seconds after arriving because the labels that Amazon sent us were wrong (total bs). He just didn't want to do it because the boxes were big. He didn't want to help at all and I even talked to Amazon while there and they sent us additional labels to help. He also told me to use common sense that they wouldn't be able to ship it when Amazon instructed us to make return through ups. Dude needs to get out of customer service if this store wants to get business. read more

Worst ups store, I have always had good experience bringing packages into other stores and they will pack and send for me as long as the label is included and I have a box. This store told me I need to buy tape, do your job. read more

The lazy worker at the desk wanted to charge me $3.00 for a piece of tape. He was rude abd dismissive. He works EXTREMELY slow with each customer on purpose to ward off other waiting in the line. I don't know if I could work as slow as he does. I haven't felt that unwelcome and put off at a UPS store ever. I'm sure he would love it if I never went back... that's his gig. read more

Rudest front desk guy named Jae. He was super unhelpful and downright dismissive and rude. Was trying to do an amazon return drop off and he wouldn't accept it because he said amazon required it to be packaged. That is not true. Amazon does not require it to be packaged label or QR code return. I had my own label printed out. The other UPS stores don't require packaging following along with Amazon's policies. I would have paid the $1.50 for packaging but the guy's attitude was so sucky and disgusting I ended up walking out. He's a rude dismissive JERK!!!! I plan on calling the manager and owner to complain. read more
