Since the change in ownership, there haven't been any new reviews--perhaps because the employees no longer wear name badges, which makes it hard to know who's providing your service. Paul, who stayed on from the previous owner, is consistently kind, professional, and noticeably the only one wearing a name tag. I often see three men and a woman working there at different times, but I don't know who they are. Maybe things have gotten busier, making it harder to give customers the same attention as before. More likely, though, there's simply no owner on site anymore. This used to be my go-to spot, a notch above the others. Now, it's just average. I don't make a special effort to patronize there anymore. read more

I love this UPS store. They are so kind and helpful. Even if there is a long line they are friendly and respectful, treating each customer with respect and patience when it is their turn, but will also acknowledge those in line that they will be with them soon. I love coming here (never thought I'd say that about a package center). read more

I walked in with 6 boxes and Kyle was bright and ready to go I was in and out of the store within 10 mins and all of my packages were going to different places and Ken was of big assistance as well! SERVICE: This location has poor experience. The wait is long and their staff takes forever to even just drop off packages. Every time I drop off a package and do not ask for a receipt it's never scanned and mysteriously disappears. WARNING: Ask for a receipt for any drop offs. I do not recommend this place for anything. Even to tape a package they charge for this. Every other UPS offers this for free without any issue. read more

Incompetent and dishonest owner. I called day before to confirm no problem shipping something, said ok. Dropped off next day and then accused me of shipping something I was not shipping. Then he refused to ship it. Had to return to UPS store in middle of work day and take to Fedex. Fedex shipped it no problem. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Useless Parcel Service Store. I came to drop off a return at this Toco Hills UPS Store. The experience was already looking bleak since I had to wait 15 minutes to even reach the counter. It was not helpful that there was only one staffer present. I overhead two women behind me murmur about how usually there are two people working. Then I overhead the couple in front of me point out how shredding is $1/pound at other UPS Stores, and here it's $2/pound. Hmm. I didn't attach my label to the taped-up box, but the other stores I've been to have been happy to slide it into one of their sticky pouches. Not this store. The man told me it would be $1 to pack up this return. I replied that I had already sealed up the box, and I mentioned that this isn't the norm at other UPS Stores. He informed me that this store is individually owned, and they don't make money off returns. I said I'd be going elsewhere. As a control, I went to a different UPS Store today, where an associate (three staffers were helping customers) didn't blink an eye at accepting my package and affixed the label to the box, all for $0. At home, I promptly shot off a message to Major Internet Retailer since I'm sure that they would be interested to find out that their free returns would not be free for some. And it's not just this Toco Hills location, but most UPS Stores are closed on Sundays which is kind of annoying. The only upside to this location was plentiful parking. Go to another UPS Store, not this one! read more

This is my go-to place when I need to ship things. Looks like the older, poor reviews were because of the old owners. It was taken over by Kenneth Burke.. and the whole family is involved. You can tell that they always strive to be thorough and provide great customer service. read more

I have visited several times and always, the employees including the Owner and CEO, who also service customers are professional, friendly, courteous and kind. Went here to print off a hard drive but had to use the computer since their copier is an antique. They didn't tell me that I would be charged for that so I paid $2.59 for two color copies! And one was a misprint because the computer is so old that it couldn't support the file I had. Super disappointed in their customer service. read more

Poor customer service. Dropped off a return, my package needed to be sealed with 5 inches of tape, the employee seals it then proceeds to tell me that it costs $1 for the tape... I've spent plenty of money here over the years and to be told it's $1 for 5 inches of tape after the fact is poor customer service. I won't be back. read more

The people at this UPS store are SO friendly. I think it every time I go in, but today we had a funny conversation that left me thinking "wow, they are truly nice and friendly people." Very clean inside, great staff, and easy parking in the Toco Hills shopping center. I make it a point to use this location anytime I have shipping needs. read more

I was shopping in the area and needed to return a Amazon item. I had my label & box, my wife took the box in the store. She returned back and asked me did I have a dollar. I asked her for what, she said to pay to tape the box. I said what, she said he told me it will be 1 dollar to tape the box. At this point I was irate because I drop items off on a weekly basis at UPS stores and never have I been charged to tape a box. Secondly, I have been to this location before to drop items and never have I paid to have the box taped. I will never ever visit this location again. If Stan is the owner/operator at this location, his customer service is terrible. Stan made the comment I pay for everything here, so if that is true, signs should be posted for the fees of everything you charge. In most cases, owners/operators would have said, I normally charge to tape the box, but as a courteous and because you weren't aware, I'll waive the fee this time. read more

RUDE customer service. The young employee who was supposed to provide me with customer service kept looking at his phone instead of focusing on my service. Maybe it's his age. Maybe it's how he was raised. However, I was clearly an interruption in his "phone time" and his manner let me know that he wanted to be elsewhere. Next time, I'll go to FedEx.
