My wife called Proshred received a quote and set an appointment. A very nice gentleman showed up and before you could blink an eye two large rolling bins of documents and a bin of computer equipment were gone. We were quoted an appointment window of between 11-2 well at 11 on the nose the truck was in front of our driveway. The gentleman whose name I forgot to ask was very efficient and friendly. There was no attempt to upsell us, adjust the quote in anyway just a kind person offering a "can do" attitude and a smile.
