Between junk mail, offers for credit cards, offer for loans, tax documents and other sensitive items, you need better than your store-bought shredder. Enter A-1, they did the trick! I had a 90-Gallon bin FULL of paper and the driver "Dante" (pardon if I mispoke/misspelled your name...) handled it with ease. He pulled up, rolled the bin out, ran it up to the truck and faster than Pop-Tarts, everything was shredded. I paid on the spot and received my certificate of destruction and receipt via Email. It will be a long time before I ever need them again but for those who need a shredding service, you can't beat them. Yes, I said "Faster than Pop-Tarts" LOL

I came back on Saturday (wow) with electronics and we followed a similar process. If you need secure data destruction, I-Shred is your place.

It is always great when you are quoted a price for a service and the dollar amount matches up…read moreexactly with the quote and the service exceeds the expectation set by leaps and bounds. We had 20 years of documents, computers, discs, all kinds of personal information we needed to get rid of. With the pandemic there was nowhere we could go and feel safe. My wife called Proshred received a quote and set an appointment. A very nice gentleman showed up and before you could blink an eye two large rolling bins of documents and a bin of computer equipment were gone. We were quoted an appointment window of between 11-2 well at 11 on the nose the truck was in front of our driveway. The gentleman whose name I forgot to ask was very efficient and friendly. There was no attempt to upsell us, adjust the quote in anyway just a kind person offering a "can do" attitude and a smile. We watched as the documents were loaded into the truck and destroyed the computers secured in a cabinet to be destroyed at the facility and we received a receipt and a certificate ensuring that everything was destroyed. So if you need document or computer destruction these are the people who will do a great job for you and to the owner your people are great to deal with.

If you're in town, their office (where the trucks are) is conveniently located; they will travel. Pricing is very competitive and security is guaranteed. This is after 4 or 5 shops told me it couldn't be done, or else said they would try it but would likely destroy the film in the process, with no guarantee of the outcome. CinePost gave me great advice and returned a digitized version to me in a couple of weeks which was better than the original. My family members are surprised that it turned out as well as it did, and are very grateful that we're able to preserve these priceless family memories. Given that the video is of an area that's now a national park, we've been asked by the community to donate a copy to the local museum. Can't thank Myron and the folks at CinePost enough. I'll be sending some other films to him shortly.

The Cinepost scan was much higher quality than Costco. The colors were correct and sharp, the resolution looked good. The only thing I wish they would have done was to lighten the exposure in one part of the film that was dark due to the filming. It cost about double or so the Costco price but if you want a movie that you will actually enjoy watching it is worth it. I was worried the original film would degrade to the point where it was worthless so I wanted to get the content scanned. Cinepost also does not copy protect your scanned film - you can send it to anyone and everyone for free. I used "wetransfer.com" to send to all my family members and friends. Yesvideo makes you pay for CDs with your film on it which can get expensive if you want a lot of copies. Cinepost also contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the results; you won't get this from yesvideo.
