We had 20 years of documents, computers, discs, all kinds of personal information we needed to get rid of. With the pandemic there was nowhere we could go and feel safe. My wife called Proshred received a quote and set an appointment. A very nice gentleman showed up and before you could blink an eye two large rolling bins of documents and a bin of computer equipment were gone. We were quoted an appointment window of between 11-2 well at 11 on the nose the truck was in front of our driveway. The gentleman whose name I forgot to ask was very efficient and friendly. There was no attempt to upsell us, adjust the quote in anyway just a kind person offering a "can do" attitude and a smile. We watched as the documents were loaded into the truck and destroyed the computers secured in a cabinet to be destroyed at the facility and we received a receipt and a certificate ensuring that everything was destroyed.
