VERY SATISFIED. I had a VHS tape my mom wanted me to transfer to DVD. Going the online route seemed like such a hassle and the turn around time (weeks) was ridiculous. After a quick Google search and some phone calls, I decided on Video Impact. They had the BEST prices in town with the fastest turn around time (the next day!). At no extra cost! One of the other places wanted to charge me extra if I wanted it sooner than 2-3 weeks. If you want to transfer your memories to DVD or digital, I would highly recommend this spot. These guys rock! They did an incredible job creating a photo/video montage for my wife's birthday. I walked in with over 100 pictures, a dozen video clips and over 40 songs. Their video editor expertly blended the pictures, videos and music (along with other graphics) and the finished product (which was just over 15 minutes long) was amazing. He sequenced the music with the images perfectly and captured the emotions exactly as I was hoping for. He even came up with graphics and had ideas that made it even better. Oh, and they did it under a very tight deadline. Not an easy task, but they hit it out of the park. Can't say enough good things, except that if you need video or picture editing services, call Pat!
