I found the quality, accuracy & professionalism have changed significantly. After visiting the store & proofing the online order the color was much different when I picked it up. The owner Melissa & another lady with a heavy accent said the pixels on my phone were the reason the picture looked different on the proof. But I was not expecting such a drastic difference. The off-orange color I selected, was a bronze color when I picked it up. The owner, Melissa was no help. She was abrasive, condescending & arrogant about the order. With a lecturing & No-it-all attitude. Not a great place to do business.

I purchased 2 outdoor building signs for my dance studio from this company for 10,000. The signs were installed on Monday, May 11, 2020. There was a wind storm on Thursday, October 29, 2020 (less than 6 months of installation, picture attached showing the sign partially ripped from the building resembling a sheet of paper), which caused my sign that faces the parking lot to be partially ripped from the building. All the other signs in the business park were still intact. Prior to purchasing the signs, I was told by the representative, Tyler Edema, from FastSigns that FastSigns installed most of the signs in the shopping plaza. I noticed that the other signs in the plaza appeared to be very durable and did not have any damages. I immediately contacted the owner, Melissa Wilson from FastSigns and notified her of the damages and she told me that they would send me a quote, so that I can pay for the damages. I explained that it hasn't even been 6 months. I had to go through a stressful back and forth with FastSigns to even get them to send someone out to take a look at my sign. On Tuesday March 1, 2022, my sign that faces the street, I noticed that it started to unravel and fade (2nd picture attached). I notified FastSigns and they told me that my logo was too small and thin and they had to use certain materials and this is why it's unraveling and the fading is due to sun damage. I explained that I was not informed of any of this prior to the purchase/installation of the signs. They told me, once again, that they would send me a quote. FastSigns makes outdoor signs, which means they knew that, at some point, both signs would be exposed to possible weather conditions, such as wind, rain, snow, hail and sun. FastSigns refuses, once again to even come out and take a look at the sign. This is not proper way to treat a customer. I spoke with two other sign companies in the area and they both came out and surveyed the damages to my signs. Both companies concluded that the vinyl that was used to make my signs were below standard vinyl materials. They explained that the vinyl that a more durable vinyl that last about 6-8 years was supposed to be used to make my signs. I still have not heard anything from FastSigns since, I sent the last email on 3-10-2022

In 2014 they did our sign in Decatur at the Emory Promenade shopping center. The landlord was very specific in his restrictions on how the sign should be done, and A1 met the specifications precisely. Most recently, they did our sign at the Williamsburg at Dunwoody on Jett Ferry Road-- and the result was breath-taking-- a fantastic, sleek, and elegant sign with reverse halo lighting, perfectly installed. They did a highly realistic digital rendering before beginning production of the sign so I could really visualize how the sign would look at my location. They also took care of the permitting process for me so I could focus on other aspects of my business. While their rates were not bottom of the barrel cheap, their prices are definitely reasonable considering the quality of the craftsmanship and sign installation. I worked with Deana, who was great and very responsive to my concerns. Highly recommend!!
