The prices on boxes are a bit too high, though not so high as to cause me to go elsewhere…read more Their business practices are a bit shady in my opinion... I purchased a few boxes one week, then returned not even 2 weeks later to find a different, slightly higher price for the same boxes. I asked if the price went up, but was told no. Also, while I haven't purchased UPS shipping from there yet, I have gotten a few quotes and after researching myself online with the same perimeters, their UPS shipping prices are way higher than anywhere else. Here's a positive: the lady who runs the place, while shady, is perfectly nice. I wish there were other, more honest postal shops like this in Annapolis, but I don't think there are. I won't be going back and will figure out other ways to meet my postal needs.

I didn't see that policy written anywhere and never heard it before, so either she was making lying or this location just won't do more than 3 returns. Either way I went to another location where the staff was helpful. It's unfortunate because this location is very convenient.

If zero stars were an option, I'd give zero…read more I've used this location a handful of times over the past 15 years, and somehow every visit has managed to remind me why I don't like coming here. Today, I brought in a box that was already packed and had the shipping label ready. I just needed to close one small section and asked if I could use their tape gun for a few seconds. I was going to do it myself. Apparently, the tape gun is for authorized personnel only. Instead, I was told I'd have to pay a service fee--or buy a $10 roll of packing tape. I understand charging for packing services. What I don't understand is refusing to let a customer use a tape gun for a few seconds to finish their own box, then turning a trivial request into a $10 sale. That's certainly one way to redefine customer service. After 15 years of consistently disappointing experiences, I think I've finally learned my lesson. There are plenty of shipping locations that understand that helping customers is actually part of the job. I'll be using one of them from now on.
