I was trying to park in front the UPS store dropping off a package. A gentleman in their uniform saw me as he was walking in, and came over and offered: "I will take it in. Would you like a receipt? I will bring it out" with friendly smiles. Am floored! He just made my day! read more

So, I called this store at 4:10 today. The phone was answered by Kevin, someone who actually sounded annoyed that I had called. I asked where they were located in Andover, as the street was not coming up in my navigator. Kevin said,"Well, we're open for the next 17 minutes and then I am leaving. " Right. I didn't ask him that. I wanted something notarized and that would have taken a few minutes. I explained this to him. Again, in a condescending tone, he said he was a notary public and repeated again, "you know we are closing at 4:30 and I am leaving then." Wonder if he would have spoken to a man they way he spoke to me. I doubt it. read more

Rude, Crooked, AVOID. The clerk / owner? tried to overcharge me $11 to ship a small package. I declined to use their service and as I was leaving, he said "thanks for wasting my time". I certainly will not be wasting his time in the future and I recommend you do not either. Clearly, the concept of honest customer service is not part of their "under new ownership" charter. Too bad. There is a real UPS drop shop in North Andover on 133. read more

Unbelievable experience! My sister lives in Bufalo and my Mother had a TON of gifts to send...no blink of an eye, or eye roll or any problems whatsoever...they looked at everything, picked a box, taped it shipped it and we were out of there in under 10 minutes..Under no circumstances will i ever ship from anywhere else again. The customer service was SUPERB. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this location! I constantly peek my head in (there is always parking right out front so I can basically touch my car while peeking my head in the door) and ask for help with packages bc I can't carry them in with my two young kids. They are always more than happy to help, carry everything in, seal it up, put the printed out label on it for me and then bring out my receipt so I don't have to juggle a toddler and a baby and the boxes. Full service with a a smile! read more

Always friendly and helpful service. They give you a receipt for UPS drop-offs which is a plus. The store stays open until 6:30pm. I've dropped off UPS packages at 6:00pm which is very convenient. I highly recommend this store. read more

I only had a few minutes to run down to return a package to the UPS store. the clerk inside saw me coming so he went to the door took my box asked me if I need a receipt I barely had to get out of the car it was awesome I recommend the UPS store in Andover to everyone read more

They provide excellent service here and they pay attention to their customers consistently. Every time I go into this store, they go out of their way to be helpful. They've loaded packages into my car without even asking. They always ask if they can be helpful in a genuine way, (not hesitantly hoping you'll decline like most). They practice top notch customer service standards like all businesses should. Setting a standard for the UPS Store franchises, I'm lucky to have them operating my local store. These guys are the best! read more

The UPS Store in Andover is one of the best little gems downtown Andover has to offer. They are very professional and truly appreciate your business. The "boys" are always friendly and willing to help with whatever needs you may have at the time. They greet you like you're an old friend and are very welcoming. I pulled up to the Andover UPS store this evening (6:29p) and walking up to the door, saw that they closed at 6:30p. I pulled the door since I saw two clerks inside and was happy that the door opened. I rushed back to my car to grab my package-- just wanted to drop it off as it was already boxed and labeled. My car was IN FRONT OF THE STORE so this was maybe a few seconds but when I went back to open the door again, it was locked. One of the clerks looked at me- and I'm waving at him/them- but he didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there until I knocked on the door. He finally looks up and shakes his head "no" and kept doing whatever he was doing. I use this store frequently but the customer service is so inconsistent-- There are a couple of guys that work there that are great. They will come to your car to help with boxes, help with packing, give great insight on what will work best with whatever you're trying to send, etc, etc. But then you get these other guys and they have no sense of customer service- they clearly could care less about trying to help. Too annoying to have such inconsistent service- will not be back anytime soon. read more

The staff is friendly and quick. They only have 1 window so if there is a line you will be there for a while. It's go The good thing about this location is that is in Richover oh I mean Andover Center you can get a ton of stuff done while making your trip to the post office. It's hard to find street parking to paying .50 cents is worth it. The price of a stamp is .47

I am not a person who takes the time to write many reviews, but I have to say that I was absolutelty blown away by the "unbelievable" service and help I received today at the Andover, Mass UPS store. I am from Boston and do not know Andover that well, and was in a total rush to get several packages out for my law firm. As you can imagine, business suit, briefcase, and stiletto heels do not make for the easiest journey in New England, espe cially not in JanuaryI was immediatelty recognized by a gentleman by the name of Tom, who noticed I was having a lot of trouble opening the front door and trying to take several boxes out of my vehicle. Tom immediatelty greeted me with a smile, asked if it was okay to bring in all the boxes, so i did not have to struggle with them. The store was packed with customers, and I felt a little guilty to inconvenience them in any way, but I was quickly assured it was no inconvenience whatsoever. I was then introduced to the Owner of the UPS Store, a young man by the name of Kevin, who had me sit in a chair, made me a cup of coffee, and we proceeded to talk about my legal profession and how he had opened the store in 2011. This is the best hidden secret in Andover, Massachusetts. The employees are upbeat, enthusiastic, and extremely charismatic and fast. They packed up 10 enormous boxes for me in about 10 minutes, and assured me that everything was taken care of, and I could personally call to make sure that the package was delivered if necesssary. This store is not only managed impeccably well, but the level of service and momentum speak for itself. I used to dread going to the UPS Store. Now I will make sure if i am in the area, to go in and say hello to Tom and Kevin. I wish them the very best of luck in the future, and know they have a thriving business! They should open up a few more stores for sure! read more

This place has become Poor and sad now don't recommend. The owner presents himself as the business owner but it is clearly evident with anyone who cares to look closely that he is terribly unfit for that title let alone be allowed to go out in public, the absolute delusional nature of this individual is absolutely terrifying and traumatic. I have experienced his lack of empathy and respect for the community it is clearly obvious if observed that he truly only cares about himself,and he only cares if it is convenient for him if he is getting something for himself out of the exchange.It's a very scary sight to see someone who is so delusional and detached from the outside world, who is in serious need of some professional help and is best avoided. The whole experience has left me absolutely in shock if you value your sanity stay very clear of the "owner for 9 years" . Despicable should be ashamed of himself! Also I was threatened with court and slander from the owner. It can not possibly be slander if its 100% true!!!! Absolutely gross and pathetic that the owner is obviously threatening people who leave honest truthful reviews and it's obvious that the owner can not take any negativity against him (baby) or any constructive criticism!!! The fact that they threatened people when they leave negative reviews about to service At the u p s store In Andover and no, not having it confused with any other UPS store. I'm just Flabbergasted that the uncle of the owner is threatening people I have the message saved of what they sent me. Unbelievable. I can handle constructive criticism, obviously they can't. They get you in and out quickly. They're also open a lot later than most of the other UPS Stores in the area. The customer service at this store is the best I have ever experienced. Tom and Kevin are amazing. The last time I was there I was shipping supplies down south for hurricane victims. Not only did they help unload my whole car but they provided free boxes as well. They taped up everything... they made it so easy for me and were very happy to help. Best UPS store ever! read more

Ever since the new owners took over I go here for everything, even US postal services. The owner is outside waiting to help with your packages, the staff is friendly, funny and happy, and the prices are very reasonable. One stop shopping for every shipping need, and the place to put a smile on your face for the day! read more
