The day we went to pick up the Christmas dress, I was informed my daughter's dress was missing even though we were charged for it and were informed we have one day to exchange it. Finally the owner said she left it at her home and brought it after the class--apparently she babysits her own children, SMH! On that same day, I was informed all of the tickets were sold out for the show and they had only been on sale for 4 days. The owner did not set a limit on how many tickets each customer could purchase tickets. One person informed me they purchased 20 tickets--we only needed 4 tickets! We had attempted several times to purchase tickets online on my phone and laptop and the website was non functioning. I informed the owner of this and was not given any understanding about my situation and was informed I should have come in and purchased them in person--what is the point if you have a website!?! My father had passed away prior to this and was not given any sympathy for my loss and rather was informed, "If you didn't buy tickets in time, there is nothing I can do about it!" The tickets could have been added to the purchase of the dress or on our monthly bill which they charged us religiously, however they said they don't do business that way and all tickets are open to public! The lack of professionalism, respect for their customers, and chauvinist attitude is no good and we would never recommend this dance studio to anyone!

The staff is amazing! They take the time to actually get to know you and help you in any way they can. I love the personal attention that I get and I always feel welcome to come in to the studio to practice. The system they use to teach dance with group classes, private lessons & parties is perfect. I love taking group classes where I can learn new steps at my level or review steps and technique at previous levels, while getting to know new people and talk to friends. In shock, she sobbed for half an hour outside before taking an Uber back to campus. The Uber cost a total of $33.90, the sadness was immeasurable. She loves working with kids, and her first job as a surf camp counselor this summer was wonderful. Having danced since she was a child, she was excited and looking forward to this position. I found their price to be very reasonable, considering other places normally charge almost twice as much.
