The day we went to pick up the Christmas dress, I was informed my daughter's dress was missing even though we were charged for it and were informed we have one day to exchange it. Finally the owner said she left it at her home and brought it after the class--apparently she babysits her own children, SMH! On that same day, I was informed all of the tickets were sold out for the show and they had only been on sale for 4 days. The owner did not set a limit on how many tickets each customer could purchase tickets. One person informed me they purchased 20 tickets--we only needed 4 tickets! We had attempted several times to purchase tickets online on my phone and laptop and the website was non functioning. I informed the owner of this and was not given any understanding about my situation and was informed I should have come in and purchased them in person--what is the point if you have a website!?! My father had passed away prior to this and was not given any sympathy for my loss and rather was informed, "If you didn't buy tickets in time, there is nothing I can do about it!" The tickets could have been added to the purchase of the dress or on our monthly bill which they charged us religiously, however they said they don't do business that way and all tickets are open to public! The lack of professionalism, respect for their customers, and chauvinist attitude is no good and we would never recommend this dance studio to anyone!

They have followed all regulations and in between classes they clean and sanitize with signs outside to notify the following class. I read a bad review I wasn't there so can't say what happened but I will admit I was surprised to read it hope it was just a miss understanding. However, we live in Riverside so when we found out that the owner, Ms. Cristina, had opened a second Studio here in our town we were more than delighted. We love On Pointe Dance Too, it's a small studio with an open view to the waiting area so parents or grandparents can enjoy viewing the little ones as they dance. My daughter has taken their tap/ballet class as well as Acro-Gymnastics, though we opted to stick with tap/ballet since it had the smaller class size. They also offer other classes, including jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, and mommy-and-me classes, with morning options for tots and evening/weekend for school-age kids. Having taken classes at other studios I would say we've found a home in On Pointe. Ms. Cristina is clearly very committed to her studio. She and the instructors we've had are all very friendly and enthusiastic about working with the kids and making it a fun environment. Prices are reasonable based on my experience. As a combined effort, the studios hold recitals in summer and winter as well as other optional performance opportunities throughout the year, including a performance at Disneyland! The recital costumes are a bit pricey in my opinion, but I do believe that is offset by the low monthly dues and the fact that the recitals are very nice: very professional with adorable costumes, nice choreography, and held at nice venues. The staff is amazing! They take the time to actually get to know you and help you in any way they can. I love the personal attention that I get and I always feel welcome to come in to the studio to practice. The system they use to teach dance with group classes, private lessons & parties is perfect. I love taking group classes where I can learn new steps at my level or review steps and technique at previous levels, while getting to know new people and talk to friends. The private lessons are where I can learn new steps, work more on skills that I'm having difficulty with, work on improving my technique or work on a new routine for a show or competition. The parties are the fun social time where I can practice what I've learned with a variety of dancers of all levels. During the parties, when I'm not dancing, I like to watch the more advanced dancers and instructors dance.
