It was more a stew than a pie. So much liquid (gravy?) and cheese that I remarked, this might make me sick, right before I stopped eating it. My fault, but I was so hungry. It made me sooooo sick. The grease was the most prevalent thing on the dish. I was shaking my fist at myself for eating that slop, as I wretched my well earned money into the toilet. I won't be going back here. Mostly because whoever decides what goes on the menu, has a SERIOUS judgement problem. But also because every time I pick up my to go order there's a bunch of awkwardness as I stand directly behind whatever customer is sitting at the end of the bar. Remove the stools, and no one would sit there. Has management checked out? Simple fixes.

We were not sure about the ordering process, and after a few minutes started trying to find the pub website and look for a menu. Eventually a menu was brought to our table, and we put in an order for beer. Turns out, half of the items on the menu were not available. When we did figure out an order, more items were made not available. We settled on a NY style pizza. We did not get the toppings we ordered. Good news: the crust was very good, and worth another try! Even the leftovers were delicious the next day - not all pizza can do that. They do not know how to pour a Guinness - which is too bad, because that is a favorite beer of ours. We switched to another tap and had a local red. The tap selection is decent. The place has a very casual atmosphere, and many locals come and go and seem to have great conversation and know each other's business. Overall, a place with great potential, especially for regulars.
