There may have been a few out there who gave less, but for me this gas station is a TOTAL LIFE SAVER! We almost ran out of gas and then God showed us this place!!!Yea the place looks like it needs a few renovations, but HEY! The people who works there are phenomenal! I don't care what others say. Some people say its scary, it used to be a gun shop, blah blah yada yada yada! "DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!" Great people! Great service! Not a lot of people appreciate people who have the guts to run a gas station in the middle of nowhere surrounded by a beautiful array of lush trees and 13miles away from Astoria! From the bottom of my heart, I would highly recommend this place! If ever I'm coming back, I would MOST DEFINITELY get some gas here and check out their stuff! Much love!!!

The ambience has improved every time I've been there. Always great service from a friendly server. However the prices are getting a bit steep by any standard. The list... One soda 4$ One coffee 4$ no refill offered Chili fries were 12 or 14 dollars (can't exactly remember but def high) 2 burgers were high priced but not budget braking. The chili fries were small at best with probably 1/3c. of chili on it. Black coffee 4$? A pint of cola 4$? Wtf! Then on the way out I noticed a $1.99 mystery charge that I inquired about. It was a credit card fee that I didn't see any sign about (could have been posted somewhere but nowhere I was close to). Lunch for 2 was almost $60 without alcohol. I think this place has gotten a bit big for their britches and the appeal that I once felt for this place is now gone. You can overcharge for amazing food. You can also overcharge for generous portions. But you have to give something more than just a slightly quirky location. Better food isn't that hard to find in Astoria and sadly I've given them the last of my money.
