This place sucks. They sold me the wrong thing and then refused to accept a return once I realized less than 1 minute later.

The young staff member was really friendly and gave me plenty of time to look at the menu and make my decision. They have a number of premade flavors, or you can make your own. I feel like you could spend years making every possible combination! The store is just off Killingsworth and Greeley. It's a cute little intersection with a couple of restaurants and stores. Parking is difficult on Killingsworth but head into the neighborhood and you'll find free spots. Inside is a little bigger than I expected, with a couple of tables.

The outside has 2 picnic bench tables. Inside is very spacious and clean. They have almost every creative flavor combo you can think of, and if you don't see something you like, you can custom your own combination! Such a fun place. I thought it would be too sweet but I ordered one, I forgot the name but it was AMAZING!!! Perfectly sweet and refreshing. Natalie was our barista if that's what you call her. But she was super sweet, very welcoming, easy to talk to. Super chatty but in the best way. It was fun to watch her make our drinks and she even told us we can add more pumps of certain flavors if we wanted. So that's not the best part. Best part is.. they're dog friendly!!! Yes, we were able to bring our fur babes inside and they even have pup cups!!

Had a great assortment of wines, including…read moreseveral from Willamette Valley and was attached to a great wine store that had a nice inventory of bottles from local, national, and international wineries. The service was excellent and they took the time to make a few recommendations on our upcoming visit to wine country. We especially enjoyed the cheeseboard with assorted accoutrements. We will definitely return on our next visit.

They were about to finish tastings for the day so he told us to let them know he sent us over. We went next door and told the woman working that we'd like to taste. She was not super friendly or welcoming. Maybe because it was the end of the day? I can understand that. The guest winemaker poured our wines. He didn't take time to greet us or explain any of his wines to us. Just poured, said which one we were on, and walked away. Our second to last tasting left so much sediment in the bottom of the glass, which we know happens with reds. But we thought surely he would give us a fresh glass for the final pour. Nope. We planned to head back to the shop to buy some of The Wine Shack's label, but we were so disappointed by the tasting experience that we did not. I wish everyone there had had the energy and spirit of the man in the shop. It certainly would've changed our experience.

#THANKYOUTHURSDAY On…read morethe way home from our Cannon Beach overnight trip last weekend, we decided to swing through the Seaside Outlets. I mean, what kind of Washingtonian are you if you don't stop at at least ONE outlet mall? No tax, people... We mainly came to the outlets for Nike, Bath & Body Works, and Carter's. Being wine & beer lovers though, the name of this spot intrigued us. We were pleased to not find anybody else in the store except for the older gentleman working. The store is laid out nicely and is spacious. They've definitely got more wine than they do beer, but they've got a lot of both. The wine selection is phenomenal. So much! They've got wines from Oregon, California, and Washington. So many different kinds. I had a blast looking over all the different bottles and making my selections. My husband was also really happy with the beer offerings here. If you want to enjoy something in the store, you're able to do so. They have both wine & beer on tap available for consumption in the store. I didn't get the gentleman's name who was working, but he was so sweet and so helpful. I was having troubles picking between a few certain wines, and he helped make my decision and it was clear he was super passionate and knowledgeable about the products. Going further on that, he noticed my husband's beer selections and suggested a handful of other beers for him based off of the flavors he seemed to like - aka, we bought more beer than my husband intended ;) Even after grabbing two bottles of wine, and quiiite a bit of beer, after discount we only spent $60! There was a discount for a certain amount of cans (15% off for 8 I believe) and on the wines I snagged apparently too, which saved us $12. Highly recommend stopping by The Wine & Beer Haus if wine and beer is your jam. Outside of the wine & beer we got, the service was spectacular and I can only hope all the employees who work here are like the older gentleman who helped us out the day we were in. Thanks, The Wine & Beer Haus, for helping us add to our stash! ;)

Super friendly staff and great product selection. If Seaside had a "Cheers Bar" this would be it.read more
