She made us feel welcome and gave us time to browse around before asking any questions. Unbelievably, the outfit I found was exactly what I was looking for. The outfit came in three happy colors and I ended up with the coral. Our daughter also found a dress albeit she was only there to support me. The prices were competitive to what you'd pay at other Polynesian stores. The store is not a large one but there's a lot of items to select from (dresses, rompers, shorts, casual & elegant tops, pants, etc). I started with just a few and has ballooned over the years (especially with its recent collaborations). I'll admit, the shirts are a bit pricey if you buy them directly from the store. You'll never see them on sale at their stores (used to have the Spring cleaning sale in the newspaper!) anymore. You'll only find them discounted at Macy's or Nordstrom (and Rack) when they're on sale or in the clearance section, and it's only a few selected prints too. I was excited when Reyn Spooner introduced it's Pop-Up Sales last year at the Waikele Premium Outlet, and after a couple of sales, it's now a mainstay as Reyn Spooner Outlet! Awesome! This store in the main, central area of the mall, next to Famous Footwear and American Eagle. The store is clean, spacious, and jam-packed with Reyn Spooner items for everyone. Everything is very well organized and easy to browse with each section clearly marked. Keep in mind that this is the outlet store, so you will only find prior prints. None of the newer ones here. I also have not seen any NFL prints, only MLB and college prints. I've been here several times already since it opened. The pricing varies from $96 to $60--depending on the print. Obviously, the newer ones are higher priced. That was a little different from the Pop-up sale where all the shirts were $72 and lower. As I'm shopping, it's painful to know that if I waited, I could've saved this amount and that amount. But now I know I can wait for most shirts to save some money that can go into other shirts! This year, I decided to wait for the Year of the Snake shirt, and it was there at the outlet store! Perfect! There was one occasion where they were selling the first black "A Galaxy Far, Far Away" Star Wars print! They must've discovered some hidden stock (or ones that didn't make the quality control as they didn't look quite right)! Luckily, I got one already because they were selling for almost $200! You just gotta predict what will be popular and limited, which are usually the collaborations. Overall, excited to have a Reyn Spooner outlet store! Always packed with clothes with a few surprises here and there. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Only negative might be the 1 single dressing room. Other than that, I'll gladly wait a few months and save some $$!

Walking in what I really love is their decor with cute wall quotes, the pink card with Lexbreezy Beauty, and something that's showcased with pride is the timeline of their start in 2015 and debut at the Merrie Monarch Festival in 2016 is amazing to this newest addition is so cool. Shop for the whole family with clothing accessories from head to toe including totes and bags...lots of it and so cute! Multiple things went wrong during the visit. We ordered an iced mocha but received a hot mocha instead. We wanted a strawberry waffle, but they were out which was fine, so we ordered the blueberry. But then later when we followed up on the waffle, they stated they actually didn't have blueberry and only had banana. We had to follow up and remind them a couple of times for our orders: 1) We ordered a breakfast burrito and the worker forgot to put it in the oven to heat it up. It was sitting on the counter for a while, and we had to point it out to them. 2) They didn't start our waffle order right away, and we had to follow up for them to get started on it. They stated that the waffle was "going" but it was obvious that they only started working on it when we followed up. We went on a Sunday morning, and it was not busy at all. We were there for about 40 minutes waiting for the burrito and the waffle. I am generally a very patient person and would understand that mistakes can happen when there's multiple orders and things going on, but aside from one other customer who received her order pretty quickly, it was just us there so it was honestly super disappointing.
