Only store credit- hummm no sign on front door only small sign on counter and one hanging on wall behind counter that on would need a magnifying glass to even see if knew it was there. When busy you don't even make it up to the counter as they hover and take care of u from all sides. My suggestion would be to have a larger sign on front door or have one of your hovering employees who keep offering to take the stuff out of you hands before your really even sure if you like the item tell you about their only store credit policy I would have not bought to begin with my last purchase. Oh and to stay policy is on receipt. Wtf so it's rung up so no return. Interesting I saw on their website they take returns from online purchases?? I feel discriminated against because I came in. Wacky and bad business practice. Where I work we tell everyone about the extra charge if using a credit card before they actually use it and even tho it's a small thing knowing before hand is key. I shop here once a year for someone in particular so no loss. I'll just give my store credit issued card as a gift to someone else and let them know ahead of purchase the shitty return policy.

It was a super cute store and I would recommend spending enough time here to see all of the things that they have to sell. I bought a few things including a pillow mist and a tea towel. The women behind the counter was very kind and wrapped it all up very nicely as I told her I was giving it as a gift. I look forward to going back to Sierra Lily and seeing what else they have on the shelves!

You would think they would have a larger selection; considering they're in the Galleria and there isn't much completion anywhere nearby. I was also looking for season's greetings cards in other languages, besides Spanish. There were none! Really? It took a while for the cashier to "Find" me in the Hallmark system. They ran out of envelope seals.

Rating: 1 star (-5 if the option was available)…read more Terrible Customer Service and Racist Behavior!!!! I had an awful experience at the Hallmark store in the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall (Store #108). I attempted to purchase gift cards, but their machine failed to issue the activation codes. Even though the transaction was voided, the money was still taken out of my account. When I asked for a refund, the staff and store manager claimed they couldn't process it--neither electronically nor in cash--and told me to call corporate instead or dispute the charge with my bank. It was $150, so to be clear, it was a large total, making it difficult to simply leave the store and hope for the best with zero confirmation that the money would be returned. The situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager yelled at me on the phone, even though I was the one inconvenienced, and then they called security on me, which was humiliating and completely unwarranted. What should have been a quick 5-minute stop turned into a 45-minute nightmare. After I left and called corporate, I learned that the store had given me incorrect information, and corporate couldn't even issue a refund because of their mistake. On top of all this, I couldn't help but notice how differently I was treated compared to other customers. Their behavior felt blatantly discriminatory and dismissive. It was clear that my concerns weren't taken seriously, while others received polite and helpful service. This store's incompetence, lack of accountability, and discriminatory practices are unacceptable. If you value your time, dignity, and money, avoid this location at all costs.

Owner replied to my first review I posted this week by denying our experience at her store, gaslit me and told me she was going to ask Yelp to delete my review because it was damaging to her business. Sounded like she was having a melt down over the truth getting out. I noticed after that 3 people conveniently posted on the same day positive reviews when her listing on Yelp never gets too many Yelp reviews in a short amount of time, let alone same day. Very Interesting. She must've told her employees, friends, clients and/ or followers about my review and asked or manipulated them into to feeling bad for her and going in to leave more 5 star positive reviews to boost her rating back up. Owner is damaging their own business by how she treats some people as if they're more trusted to shop there than "others" who look a certain way. Take some accountability and deliver a better customer experience to ALL people who come in and haven't done anything wrong, especially repeat customers.

Yeah, I don't want it to get dinked, scratched or cracked while it's in my cart going out the door on the bumpy pavement nor while on the way home in my car. All you had to do was put a few pieces of paper down and quietly lay the statue down and gently flip it to wrap it. No scoffing necessary. Needs better customer service checkout people. Love the store otherwise but there's no need for such rudeness. It's a simple, normal request to wrap a fragile item. It should be standard, I shouldn't have even had to ask her to do it. By default, we use to wrap any fragile item when I worked retail for many years, and I'm only in my early 30s.

I really like the layout of the store, with each department looking pretty tidy and kept up. For the most part, it's pretty easy to navigate the store where everything is, and also the staff does a great job of keeping it all organized. The aisles are wide enough which makes it easy to pass, leaving no frustration on my end. The store seems to be fully staffed in pretty much every aisle, and also most of the time, a greater at both of the entrances.
