Located in the yellow green farmers market and specializing in brunch food as well as lobster rolls. Came with some friends sat and partook in the offerings. I ended up getting the lobster roll and it was delicious.. great flavor and not too much mayonnaise. Bacon was decent (i just prefer thick cut uncured bacon.. esp considering the price, wings and waffles also on point. Some in our party got the pineapple drink and the lemonade.. both had great flavor and weren't overly sugary . Service was good and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We've tried them out a couple of times at eh farmers market. Pretty good service, always friendly and welcoming. I felt the quality of their food has gone down. When we first tried it, everything was delicious. Flavorful and put together. The recent visits have left us feeling disappointed in the quality and flavor of the meal. Super unique idea and great food! This is one of the booths located at the Green and Yellow Market. They had old school rap playing and I saw lobster, so I obviously had to check out the menu. Then they offered us free samples...I was sold. I opted for The Chill OG which is a lobster roll with chilled lobster mixed with some mayo mix, my husband got The OG, your typical lobster roll with warm lobster and butter. We obviously had to size up and get extra lobster. It was worth every penny. The portion was large and the lobster meat was good quality. It had great texture and flavor. Do not be fooled by the fact that it is located inside a booth or that it is called The Trap. It is certainly not a "trap". Unless you consider how you become entranced by their food a trap... because I was. I would highly recommend. read more

Do not get me started on this place, I am absolutely addicted! Hands down the best lobster roll I've ever had! Usually I have to slightly dr up restaurant lobster rolls. This one lacked absolutely nothing! Perfection on a buttery bun! They are located inside the yellow green farmers market so unfortunately they are only open on Saturday and Sunday , which is a good thing because my cholesterol would be 500 if I could have uninterrupted access to these. First let me say the lobster was good but on the flip side customer service was the worst... so last time I was there I had a sample and decided to try the OG. First I didn't know and no one told me I had to pay on the app. The guy ask me if I ordered. I told him no but I need two of the OG's. Remember that's $25 a sandwich, this guy goes back with one and says " I only saw one ordered " I told him "what you mean I asked for two" Him: " I saw only one order, how did you order" Me: "with you" Him: "put your order in the app" Me"really " Him "I'll just make another sandwich " Me: "don't make it I'm good" So I ask for two you in return give me someone else's order and then going to make me another one I'm good sir..... but that's not the main reason why you get 1 star..... So this same guy, I'm sure he doesn't know the correct way to handling food. Because I saw him make the food, go to the back with the same gloves touch the lock on the locker and other items then turn around and go back to touching the food. WTF .... The only reason why I noticed this because I'm an inspector and I see shit and that was a major no no so let me say yes the food is good but if you can't get proper food handling down pack. South Florida has a big lack in lobster available, and good lobster even more so. This place has quality lobster and a fun, adventurous staff to match the theme. Quality delicious rolls, only difference between here and NE are is that the rolls up there are stuffed a little more but flavor is on POINT. Probably the best lobster roll I've had down here and others are at fancy restaurants that cost way more. Help them get a consistent location cause this place is GREAT, especially if you're from the NE and want a taste of home. Cindy helped me out and was very nice, great conversation and talked about how they need more publicity because the food is good just no one knows. Was so looking forward to this, but it was mediocre. Lobster quality not good. I'm from New England and eaten lobster all my life. The meat in the lobster roll looks good, with whole claws, but doesn't have much flavor, and texture is way off. I've frozen fresh cooked lobster meat many times, and defrosted it a month later and it comes out perfect. They are using a sub-par quality product. Don't know if previous 5 star reviews was when they were buying better stuff or whether those reviewers don't know what real lobster tastes like. read more

Service was horrible. We waited 30 minutes for a lobster Mac n cheese at the farmers market. When I asked about it they said everything is hand made when I saw them put the pre-made Mac-n cheese together and top it with lobster. I would not recommend this place. read more

Heaven in my mouth! I had no intention buying anything to eat when I went to the Yellow Green Market until I sAw a little crowd outside The Trap. Once I heard "free samples of lobster" I couldn't help but give it a try. This is THE MOST DELICIOUS LOBSTER I've ever had! They pressure cook it for hours and hours with butter and lemon until it is the most tender and succulent piece of seafood you've ever seen. 10/10, HIGHLY recommend stopping by or ordering through any delivery sites.
