The driver showed up 20 minutes later than the time I scheduled it for. I drove the car out of the garage to him to make it easier and he couldn't even tell me which way to face it, instead told me to just leave it where I was (the middle of the street). After driving me 7 miles to my destination he hits me with "what did they quote you?" Which I shouldn't have told him, they should have that info already. "Ok well that doesn't cover my fee. I need $75 for my labor". I called Fast Towing to see what was up and why I'm getting this surprise charge. Their response was simply "that was only a quote. You have to work out the rest with the driver. Sorry" Absolutely horrible customer service from one of the girls. The lady I booked with was really nice but 100% didn't inform me properly of any possible extra charges. Save yourself the stress and money and look elsewhere for your towing needs.
