They told me that they ordered the parts (see another reviewer below who was told the same thing). Turns out, they never ordered the parts. After a visit down there, 4 emails, 3 phones calls (never returned), I finally get an email saying that 'maybe' they could do the work in May. (after I was told I was 'booked' in January). The truth usually works. If you didn't want to do the job or couldn't, say so. Instead, you wasted my time, a 30 mile trip to come see you guys (by the way, crap all over the shop) and lied to me. If there is that much work in Motorcycles, I'm going to open a shop. Compared to these guys, I'd make a mint!

Talked to JT on MON, asked for details on what is non-stock on the bike-he said he'd callback-waited a week but never heard from JT. Called JT again FRI for details, made clear what I required re info-JT apologized that he didn't call back as promised, said he'd email same details but didn't send requested NON-stock info-just basic info. Sheesh! Disgusted, I called manager Rich, asked not to speak to JT, he referred me to his Indian "expert" Scott who said he would check on the details. Scott called me back, gave non-stock details, so far, so good. I told him I'd come up on Saturday. He then switched the story and said that the bike had been sold yesterday. What a bunch of horse manure. So very disappointed. Was going to head to Chandler from Tucson-glad I didn't.

However, Bill assuaged all my fears. He was very communicative via email and even asked me to call him. After talking to him I made a purchase. The process was simple. I gave him my credit card number on Monday. The touring pack arrived on Wednesday. Two Days! From Arizona to California. Best of all it was better than I expected. Truly in fantastic condition. I thought what the heck and used affirm to pay for it. 6 months went by and I reached out and nobody answered. I was told the company had dismantled and took my money. I actually contacted the police station in Arizona over this matter and they told me there was nothing they could do. Don't buy from this company. They are thieves.

Kelly's is a wondrous place, full of that new motorcycle smell that enters the blood stream as soon as you walk in and take a breath, bathing you in happiness. Their sales staff are low key which is nice as nobody likes to be dogged around a showroom floor. They have an amazing selection of motorcycles too, everything from Kawa's to Triumphs and Ducatis. Royal Enfield's are in abundance as well. I've never used their service department so I can't speak to that, but they have a pretty solid parts department. I'm a big fan of Japanese bikes. So having a place that doesn't start with Ride Now or Harley is my own private paradise.
