Julio was great and super helpful! Great service highly recommend! It was amazing he was fast and super efficient.

We bought a used hp printer from Julio a few months. Very reasonable price and it works great. Julio is friendly, patient and very helpful. We enjoyed doing business with him. We rrcently jammed our printer and brought to Julio. He fixed it quickly and explained several things we could do going froward to reduce porential problems. Since it was within one year, he refused payment for hi services. We higjly recommend Julio The Toner Guy and would definitely buy from him again Robert Ps - sorry for typos. This app wont allow to go back and fix them read more

I called Toner Guy, and same day Julio helped me out. He took a look at my printer at no cost. They don't normally take a look at Inkjet Printers, but I thought I had a calibration and potential cat hair problem so he said he's take a look. Turned out I just needed to run the inkjet cleaning and cleaning header more than a couple of times. He charged me nothing even when I offered to pay. Very nice gentleman. read more

In the middle of a huge pile of work, my printer died on me. I called the manufacturer and they couldn't figure out the problem. They wanted me to take it into one of their service centers who wanted to charge me an arm and leg. I found Toner Guy through Yelp and he was able to fix it in a day at half the price! I'm so grateful for people who know their stuff and don't take advantage of people in desperate situations. Thank you so much!! read more

So happy we found the Toner guy! We were recommended to him by Skill Office Machines, who did not work on the type of printer we have. Julio checked it out at no cost and even let us borrow a printhead with ink cartridges from one of his printers until we received our new one. And he was correct as he assumed it was the printhead that was not working in ours. Will definitely go to him when we are ready to upgrade our printer with his free printer program! He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing! read more

Julio is AWESOME! I have a dinosaur of a printer, and I wasn't sure it would be able to be repaired, but I called Julio, and he was able to diagnose my printer over the phone. When I got to the shop, my printer was repaired in less than 20 minutes. Julio saved me from buying a new (more expensive) printer. I am very happy with the service and pricing. Next time I need my printer serviced, or if I'm in the market for a newer one, I am definitely contacting Julio first. I would highly recommend The Toner Guy to others. read more

I purchased an HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdn and I'm very happy with my purchase. The printer works well and it was a quality bargain considering that I got it as part of his free printer program. I, of course, price shopped other places such as Amazon and Costco and I couldn't beat the prices and the value of his customized customer service. Once I went with Julio he was willing to ship it via USPS to save me on shipping costs, answered my phone calls and emails promptly, and even when I thought he hadn't sent me the toners (they got lost in my house in the midst of a move) he responded promptly to my email and was willing to ship me more without any cost. I thank God for Julio! He's a real standup businessman. read more

I went in to see Julio yesterday because of an issue my printer was having with the power. I am a teacher so back to school month is a time where my printer is needed. Right from the beginning of my visit everyone was welcoming. Julio was very honest about the issue and was honest when he told me spending the money to fix my printer is not the best option. I immediately felt thankful for finding him. Julio offered me immense amount of help with my printer needs as a teacher and was very generous! I will be returning for my toner needs and highly recommend him! read more

Since I started my business I've depended solely on Julio and his amazing team to get me everything I ever needed and they've yet to fail me and I don't expect them to ever do so. Oh, did I mention they do it for less than all these overpriced "techs" and ALL their work and products are 100% guaranteed?? Well it is!! Just the absolute best!! Thank you, Toner Guy!! read more

This small shop is extremely professional. They do share the location with another small company but ask for Andrea or Toner Guy. They are accessible and have easy parking. Their prices are convenient. Yet they don't seem to charge if it's a minor problem that one usually would not notice. I am glad I came accords this app. I will extend and send everyone who needs printers fixed since stores like Staples and Best Buy don't fix printers any more read more

I called several places to help me with issues on a 2007 HP3600 laser printer. Those places wanted to charge an unreasonable price just to look at my printer, which would not include a repair estimate. Julio looked at my printer and in seconds knew what the issue was. He gave me great advice on how to do my own repair and service my machine. I am planning to upgrade my machine and will be purchasing from Julio instead of a big chain store. Julio is extremely knowledgeable of his products and guarantees his products and services. read more

Great work, excellent service, super fast and gave us a great discount. He was here same day, had all the parts to repair our machine, was in and out! Definitely will use again for all our printer/scanners etc needs! Thank you Julian read more

I have been buying all my toners and my printers from Julio for several years now. Exceptional service for sure. I have never had an issue Julio could not solve. Even when I lived in Nevada, I ordered from The Toner Guy, and I'd get my order within a couple of days. His prices are far below retail and the quality of merchandise is outstanding. In this time of uncertainty and fear, you won't go wrong with this company. Life's a little easier knowing I won't have a failing printer. Thank you, Julio, for such wonderful service! read more

I have been working with the Toner Guy for a few years now. Julio who is the owner has always given me the best pricing plus awesome service. Whether it's a toner refill, virus on my computer, printer issues, mass production of copies, flyer design, anything you need, Julio is always there to answer my questions and get get the job done. Now I recently opened up a restaurant and The Toner Guy took care of all my marketing needs to printing my menu and flyers, setting up my computer and printers and offering maintenance on any issues that come up. When it comes to price, I can assure you they can beat any price out there, especially with Toner refills. And do not be mislead by their price, as they are much cheaper then your Office Depot, Staples office store. The toner quality is just as good and has the same life span as any other toner you would get. In addition, you get personal attention and proper service directly from Julio and his staff. Julio can even sometimes deliver directly to your business. That's service you cannot get anywhere else. I would at least give them a call and get a quote. Wouldn't hurt to compare prices and save some money at the end of the day. read more

Julio's customer service is GREAT! He is knowledgable and helpful. I was unsure if fixing my printer or getting a new one because the part that is broken in my printer would be the cost of a new one. And Julio was more than nice enough to recommend some laser jet printers to me. But he also was kind enough to offer that I bring in the printer (for free) so he can look at it and change out the part with one of the old printers he had there. Julio is the kind of person you always want to deal with when it comes to customer service. read more
