I started frantically calling around and this place was the closest to our gig which was still 17 minutes away. I wish I couldn't remember the sweet young lady's name that answered the phone. Maybe Mel or Melanie? She told me right away they had the cord in stock and I sent him right over. He picked up the cord and saved the day. From what I understand it was pretty fair priced as well. I would not even give him a single star. By far the worst…read moreever. We took a guitar to get a crack fixed. Which my son had tried to keep together with clear tape. Nothing major. By the time he said it was ready, he had removed al varnish and the pick guard saying he had trouble removing the tape. That he'll fix it for some extra cash. And not only that. It wa so hard to get in contact with him as well. He will hardly answer his phone or call back when messages were left. More than once we tried to stop by and wasn't there. The lady from the hair salon next door will tell us he was at his other job fixing floors, furniture or something. After 3 months of phone calls and visits. We now have a guitar that needs to be refinished. Not only he did a very poor job, he saId he didn't have the pick guard to replace the one he removed. But he didn't care to listen when I was telling him how disappointed I was with the job and service I will never recommend this place to anyone.
