My husband and I recently moved to Montgomery, and we've heard of Tiger's Tale being the local bar/restaurant to go to. We went on a Tuesday night which was BOGO burger night, and it was surprisingly (to us for a Tuesday) crowded. The inside looks like it hasn't changed since it opened 40 years ago, and it reminds me of the bar in the show Cheers. When I initially saw the menu online before going, I thought the prices seemed pretty steep. However, once I saw the portion sizes of the entrees and the cocktails, it made sense. We've already gone back a second time within a month, and it was so hard not to order the fish tacos and fries again, they were that good!

Had dinner and drinks here tonight with a friend.. TT has been my fav, go to places for So many years and it just gets better and better. First, Holly and Jimmy are the staple bartenders and best you'll ever find!! Love them so much!! Tonight I had the Cajun pork chops which are honestly some of the best pork chops you'll ever have. They are absolutely delicious, huge and such an amazing price. I just love everything about this place and will keep coming for as long as they are open.

I've always passed by this place on Route 206, and wanted to give it a go. I went here for lunch with my brother, it was my first time there, but he's been there before. I will say it was a great first impression. When we walked inside, it was very clean, and we got seated right away. It was the beginning of lunch hour, so it wasn't really busy yet. More people came in as time passed there. Our waitress was very professional, and made sure she got all our orders correct. The burger I got was cooked just right to my liking, and my brother really enjoyed his salad. The dessert was amazing too. It was definitely all worth the price as well. It was very reasonable for what they were charging. If you're ever in the Princeton area, definitely scope this bar out. You won't be disappointed.

So I moved to this area over a year ago and never had a chance to try this legendary place. The place is a local favorite and I've seen tons of cars in the lot so that's always a great clue. However, since it's a bar and I don't drink, I felt like I wasn't missing out on anything. I was sorely mistaken. Tonight I met up with my out of town family members and we were all impressed with the level of service, friendly staff and overall vibe of the restaurant. The menu had a plethora of dishes so I opted for the chicken and cheese quesadilla. The chicken was flavorful with the right amount of sauciness. The presentation was nice and the tortilla was so crispy and tasty. I didn't think that I would ever say this, but this was the best quesadilla that I've ever had. One of the most thoughtful and heartwarming touches from the evening was that we were gifted a beautifully decorated Tiger's Tale glass memento for our inaugural visit! I am officially a fan and will certainly be coming back soon to try their other dishes!

I'm been dining here for many, many years, always looked forward to the Chicken Cordon Blue sandwich, never had an issue with food or service. However, until tonight , I ordered my usual chicken cordon blue sandwich, one bite and I felt as though the chicken felt rubbery and raw, I spit it out into a napkin. I cut into another piece and noticed the chicken looked pink. I Brought it to the waitress attention, she took it back to the kitchen. She returned and told me the manager will take half price off my meal. I said excuse me, half? I said The entire meal went back French fries and all. Manager came to our table and repeated half price off, claiming I eat half the meal. I was actually taken back, and asked why half? I had to show her the piece I spit into the napkin. She still insisted half off, no apology, no have a dessert on us....nothing. I showed her the picture below, and I said fine, I'll have no problem sharing this picture. She leaves again, the waitress returned stating the entire meal came off the bill. I don't understand the lack of customer service, the lack of any concern what so ever. I doubt I will return!!

Good place. Service very quick. Ambiance is typical roadside look but quaint. Food was good my husband ordered the classic chicken sandwich which was very big. I ordered the chicken salad served on a fresh croissant. Glad we turned around to go there after we passed it on the road

The burger was perfectly medium rare, fries are crispy and salad is lightly dressed - lemon chicken with broccolini and pan fried potatoes and olive oil tomatoes: the lemon sauce has the perfect strong lemon flavor, chicken is so moist and the potatoes were fluffy I love coming back here to see what's new on their menu!

Here I go again--another French bistro I absolutely adore…read more Christine's French Bistro is everything you want in a cozy, decadent French spot: small, intimate, softly lit with sconces, and anchored by a beautiful bar you can dine at or just sip champagne and linger. Let's be honest--I come here for one reason: the soufflés. They are my kryptonite. Sweet or savory, they never disappoint. I've had the chocolate (rich, decadent, flawless), though I'm still chasing my ultimate favorite--the elusive Grand Marnier soufflé. One day... Beyond that: * Mussels + champagne = always a win * Service is warm and welcoming * Prices feel fair for the quality and experience This place has become part of my ritual when I'm in the area. I'll fly into Newark Liberty International Airport, hop on the Amtrak Acela, get off in Princeton, head straight here, and yes--plan my trip around a soufflé. No regrets. The location is perfect--right in the heart of Princeton, which is one of those charming, walkable towns with tree-lined streets and that classic, almost European feel. There's garage parking nearby, but honestly, once you're there, you won't need your car. Perfect for: * Date night * Dessert and champagne with friends * Solo bar seating (highly recommend) Bottom line: Elegant, cozy, and worth going out of your way for--especially if you love a proper soufflé. Life's too short not to eat well. Go make it happen.

There were literally 8 French fries on the plate and they were cold. I understand restaurants are trying to cut costs but potatoes are still cheap. One diner had the lamb special which was supposed to be served with a sauce but was dry and flavorless. The accompanying black rice was just there. She makes a delicious dirty martini (and all drinks) Over the winter I did dry January and she made me a fun mocktail which was very nice of her! The filet is perfectly tender and the bernaise sauce is the best I've had out. Has a nice lemon tone, which I love the brightness of the acidity. The fries are like McDonald's but a step up, and creamed spinach is also a favorite. It is heavier on the cream and cheese side which we enjoy! We started with cosmos, which were good (though not quite perfect). I ordered the turkey BLT, served with homemade potato chips that honestly stole the show. Our server, Noel, was attentive and thoughtful, even surprising us with complimentary glasses of champagne for our anniversary. Cons: The Witherspoon Burger was ordered medium to medium-well but came out fully well done. It still had good flavor, but the doneness was off. The fries were underwhelming and nothing particularly memorable. We also ordered the toasted pound cake with strawberries and cream--while the toasted outer layer was delicious, the rest of the cake didn't quite live up to it, and we ended up leaving much of it uneaten. Overall: Between the lovely ambiance, great service, and solid food, we'd still consider coming back--though there's a bit of room for improvement when it comes to consistency.
