I would not recommend them. For a non-significant ticket, I would pay the ticket. That will be cheaper. For a significant ticket where the outcome matters, I would a hire a real traffic lawyer. I hired them to defend me in a traffic case (where I hold I was completely innocent). They did not even attempt to defend me. Court documents show they pleaded "no contest". Not "innocent", not "not guilty", but rather "no contest". They did not defend me, they just took their money and that was it. I then received $356 in court fees and had to go to a $70 classroom 8 hour traffic school. In addition to that, the instructions they sent me, with regard to where to send my traffic school information was wrong, resulting in the state threatening to suspend my license. When I confronted them about this, they said they would not help but rather told me to take care of the issue myself. So in order to avoid losing my license (despite taking the traffic course), I will have to spend $23 to get a clearance form from the courthouse, then spend another $60 to avoid getting my license revoked by the state, and then spend a few hours (and time off work) going to the post office, dealing with paper work, etc. All in all, I had to pay the Ticket Clinic $90, so they would not defend me, so I could pay another $439 in fees, so I could go to an 8 hour traffic course, and so I could then spend hours clearing my own name. At a time when my family has already gone through a terrible medical scare with my brother in law, he was arrested after just being released from the hospital. My sister turned to this professional crook for help in the matter. For months he eagerly took several thousand dollars then dodged her calls, routinely forgot to return messages etc. When she persisted & managed to finally reach him he fed her lies trying to put her off. When finally she threatened to fire him he had the audacity to decline speaking with her anymore. He cowardly said through another party he would only speak with her husband. The ond locked up, the one not writing the checks, the one suffering extensively in a cell missing critical specialist appointments. Ultimately, she fired him and after greedily taking her money for months all while doing nothing more than making a couple of phone calls, he arrogantly refused a refund. I implore you, unless you are locked up with a penchant for burning through cash & sitting in the system, please do not hire this man. And once again, The Ticket Clinic came through for me. The Ticket Clinic attorney delivered exactly what I had hoped for, and I recommend this operation highly and without reservations. The attorneys, staff, website, and results, are all superlative. I suppose I will end up adding additional updates as time passes. Oh well, that's me. Hopefully The Ticket Clinic will still be around when I need them. I am not a paid reviewer. I am a repeat client of this law firm who has paid their full price on multiple occasions. If you feel the legal fee is too high, then pay your ticket instead and your subsequent massively enlarged auto insurance premiums for the rest of your life. But don't whine and complain. Great! The second speeding ticket in 40 years. The fine? $183.00. Dang! So I called the Ticket Clinic. They said it would cost $140 and it was possible that I didn't get any points. Never to advise me of any court costs. In my case it was not about the points. I live pay-check to pay check. It was about the money. So I gladly paid the $140 to save $40, right? I received a letter in the mail saying how happy they were to say the ticket would not appear on my record and I would not receive any points. Great! However, I was now obligated to pay the court $190. WHAT? CRAP! $190 + the Ticket Clinic. So the $183 ticket has cost me $330. Okay, so I have to pay, but to add insult to injury, I have to pay with a cashiers check or money order. Crap! My advise to you is that if you can afford the point, just pay the ticket and don't get robbed by these unethical attorneys. It's all about the MONEY. read more

Ok I got a speeding ticket, 14mph over the limit. My record is clean so I decided to go to court by myself, when a day before the hearing an agent from my car insurance recommended me to hire an attorney because sometimes when you go alone, even though the judge dismisses your case, insurance companies still see that you went to court and might increase your insurance!!!!!. I didn't know if it was right, so I freaked out and called Ticket Clinic THE DAY BEFORE MY HEARING. They took my case, and two days later I received a notification saying that my case was succesfully dismissed and there were no points nor record nor court fees. I am happy with their service!! Honestly I didn't know what to expect when I had gotten my ticket since it's the first I've gotten in my 5+ years of driving so I was quite nervous considering the outrageous fee I would have had to pay if I hadn't hired the ticket clinic. I didn't even need to go to one of their offices I was able to handle everything over the phone. The woman I spoke with was very kind and explained to me the whole process and how everything works. My case had gotten delayed but once the date hit I got an email the following day letting me know all the charges were dropped and I would not be receiving any points on my license. I had a minor fender bender that was my fault, but i was just being overly cautious exiting from an off ramp of a major interstate, which resulted in me rear-ending a car in front of me. the officer who came to report the accident decided to give me a careless driving tix, which i did not think was fair. I went to the tix clinic and they made the entire process very easy for me, and were diliengent about communicating the status of the tix process with me.. they ultimately went to court on my behalf and were able to get the tix dismissed for me.. not points, no convictions, no driving school for me.. and no hassles. Hello ladies and gents, I recently used ticket clinic to take care of two tickets that I got back in January, 2020. One was for not having my registration on me when I got pulled over and the other was for going 35 in a school zone. These were my first tickets ever!! So I was very concerned now how this would impact my driving record.
