Thanks again to attorney Frank Menendez for representing me regarding this speeding ticket and getting it dismissed. I highly recommend this lawyer for traffic representation; considering the $99 fee and the results you get, I don't think there is another lawyer in Miami who can beat that. Thank you, attorney Frank Menendez. read more

I was reaching out for someone with a complex case. They don't have an active ticket, but needed a traffic defense lawyer to help them and was willing to pay a retainer to get their legal advice on obtaining their license back after a multi state mixup. The person who answered was great, however the attorney who emailed back was extremely short. "Hi, the case appears closed. You need to contact the court directly." When asking which court to contact; considering this is two states and two courts, explaining they have contacted the courts directly, and the DMV all giving different information, there was no response back. I did email with questions twice after the initial response with no communication back. It would have come off better for the attorney to state point blank he could not help, didn't want to help etc. I even asked if this is something he didn't take care of (even though there is a whole tab for license suspension on the website) If he could refer me to someone who could help. No response. In looking for law advice many prefer someone to the point. I ended up calling another firm local to me, this attorney with 20+ years experience told me point blank "this is going to be an absolute headache and it's already a mess, not a case I would like to take due to the headaches to come, but this person needs legal help, that is my job, and what I am good at" 2000.00$ retainer later and within just a few weeks, the case is almost wrapped up and license will be reinstated. After reading all the prior reviews I was really hoping this firm could help. The lawyer seems experienced and has a huge social media presence, but communication is key. *****Editing to add after the owner response***** 1. This is not my case 2. As stated in the emails, Florida suspended his license years after a ticket in another state that has been satisfied. He's registered a vehicle in Florida, and cant renew the tags because of the suspension. 3. If I were communicated with in regards to only being licensed in Florida, I still would have questioned that response because the state that has issued the suspension is Florida. 4. The only response I received to my entire inquiry and request for help is attached. 5. The attorney that took his case is only registered in Florida. read more

This unsolicited review for Ticketfit.com has been a while in the making and while my matter has long been resolved, chalk it up to better late than never. Mea culpa. Counselor Frank Menendez, Esq. Is a superstar attorney that resolved my matter 100% in my favor for a very reasonable fee. I was skeptical at first because I found the firm on the web and I wasn't comfortable entering my payment information online. The portal was less than stelar at the time of my matter, two years or so ago. Nevertheless, my emails were promptly returned and my case involving Southern Florida's finest and their exception with my alleged travel velocity and other issues, were promptly resolved by attorney extraordinaire Frank Menendez, Esq., everything was dropped by the authorities). I strongly recommend this firm and authorize them to use my full name as a reference. I can only apologize that it has taken me this long to share my exceptional experience. read more

Attorney Frank Menéndez has been an angel in our lives. My fiancée had some criminal traffic tickets that resulted in warrants and Attorney Menéndez has been able to resolve each and every single one of them. Some of these cases resulted in warrants and he has been able to get the warrants removed. The communication with the office has a little room for improvement but other than that, I would recommend Ticket Fit to anyone who's dealing with traffic tickets and criminal defenses. Pésimo el servicio Very bad service. The experience with them was very bad. After I paid them, they didn't answer the phone. I ended up with an arrest warrant because the lawyer didn't even show up in court. And I had to hire another lawyer to help me with the problem they got me into. Terrible service read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. Their follow-up was very poor, and they rarely answered the phone when I called. Even their email responses were inconsistent and often unhelpful, with staff sometimes not even knowing who they were talking to. It was a horrible experience overall. I eventually had to hire another lawyer who resolved my case within a week. When I contacted them again for a refund since they hadn't done anything, they falsely claimed they had resolved my case. By that time, my driver's license was already cleared and fixed by the new lawyer, and they didn't even know about it. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone. read more

Got a questionable red light ticket in Florida after being detoured due to recent hurricane. Would have been like $150 to pay off, decided to fight it with this guy. Paid the "attorney" fee and got the case dismissed but was charged a $250 court fee that got sent to collections for over $350. So basically the cost charged by the attorney plus fees was well over $400 for a red light ticket. The service cost me multiple times the amount of paying the ticket upfront. Points are not charged for red light tickets in my home state and paying the ticket on time would have been a superior decision. Edit: Frank reached out to discuss my outcome and I appreciate the chance to go over everything with him. I am sure others could get value from this service and I am only reporting my experience in this case. My dissatisfaction is a result of the unexpected and excessive (in my opinion) court fees. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Hired Ticket Fit Oct 31 2022 to help fight a speeding ticket. After I paid the $99 fee I received an email confirming receipt of payment and advising not to contact for updates for the next 2 months. I was also advised to dismiss mail regarding my tickets as this was "normal" during the process and after the initial first 2 months. (See attatchment) I should've followed up on this far more despite the specific request not to. On April 2nd I opened a piece of mail informing me that my ticket WAS IN COLLECTIONS! I immediately checked the status of my License on the DMV SITE only to find it has been SUSPENDED since Jan 3rd 2023.(See attachment) Almost 2 months exactly from the date I hired them. I have been driving around on a suspended license for 3 months!!!! When I called to address this I was asked to reply to an email they're sending with my drivers license number and other basic info, which I did immediately to which I received a response offering their services to reinstate my license for $149. Seriously??? Naturally they will not return my calls or respond to emails so to say they royally f*cked this up and created a far larger problem than I had initially would be an extreme understatement. Being the cowards they clearly are, they refuse to even acknowledge their giant mistake, much less do anything about it. Its truly shocking that people like this can conduct business. Go ahead and respond to this Frank as you have with other reviewers expressing their negative experience with some snarky remark insinuating that you have done nothing wrong and putting the blame back on the client. The fact that you won't even return my calls or emails says enough about you and your business. I'm not going to be ignored just because you choose to ignore me. read more

Had a suspended license due to what I believed was an unpaid ticket, I was told my license would be reinstated before ticket issue was resolved. I subsequently sent payment to start the process. Three months later my license was still suspended, nothing was resolved and I was told I had to go to the DMV. Refused to be helpful or refund any portion of the fee after he literally did not do anything with my ticket or suspension. read more

TicketFit is on point, they did everything they could to ensure I was dealt with. I wrongfully received a ticket back in December for a ridiculous accident so I knew right away that I should hire a lawyer. This is my first time hiring a traffic ticket lawyer so I did some research and looked up several traffic lawyers in the area. After reaching out to a few, I felt my best option was Frank. I just received the result of my case and I got my ticket dismissed, resulting in no points, no traffic school, and no court costs. As well as no conviction on my driving record. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!! read more

Heard about TicketFit from a friend. After reading his high reviews, I was wondering if I would have luck. Experienced poor service and high fees from The Ticket Clinic. Highly recommend TicketFit. Reliable, approachable. Will be recommending to my friends. read more

I have worked with Frank at TicketFit numerous times and it is always a wonderful experience - pain free (unlike the moment of actually getting the ticket!). I'm an attorney as well, so I took pains to vet Frank, and he patiently answers all my annoying lawyer questions. I have recommended him to many friends and colleagues. This last ticket was pretty bad - suspended license, the works. Frank got it all dismissed, as usual. Thank you Frank! read more

I hired this attorney to fight a failure to use due caution ticket from a minor accident. He did not show up for court and I got a letter saying my license was going to be suspended for failure to appear. He claimed he filed for a continuance and it wasn't processed in time and he didn't know. He said he would fix the issue and 2 weeks later it hadn't been fixed. I did not want to chance my license being suspended so I paid the ticket and he gave me a full refund for his fee. read more

Hired Frank for illegal U turn. He was very response at first and told me because I have only reviewed one ticket in my lifetime(over 2 yrs ago), chances are pretty good that my ticket would be dismissed. He did nothing for me. He didn't even present my case. All he does is look for errors in the tickets and if cop shows up, he just enters a no contender plea. I wanted to him to present my case and talk about my case and my intent and why I took that u turn. He did none of that. My ticket was $180 and I ended up paying $195 with course costs plus his fees. The adjudication was witheld(no points, no insurance increase). But this can be done by yourself. So do yourself a favor and go to court yourself and save $$. These attorneys are useless. They just get your money and talk you into it and then change as soon as they get the money. Please please please educate yourself and fight your tickets yourself. You will save money AND get better results. read more

I am very disappointed with ticketfit. I paid them to take care of a ticket I got for supposedly running a red light. He was supposed to file a motion to keep my license from getting suspended by the 8th and he did not, so my license got suspended and I missed work and lost quite a bit of $$ as a result of it....I called ticketfit about it and George said I have to email the attorney, Frank about it, but he was in court so I had to wait for him to get back to me. He has not. I have spent 1/2 the day calling them, emailing them, calling the clerk of court about it, getting paperwork to fill out, getting it notarized for $10 and emailed back to the clerk of court so I can pay $88 late fee and reinstatement fee so I can hopefully get my license reinstated that should have never been suspended because I paid ticketfit $150 to handle it....but they didnt....hoping to get my $$ back read more

ABSOLUTE RIP-OFFI received a camera ticket on 12/16/21for making a right turn in the right lane that was marked right on red the fine was for $158 I contacted Frank- he said he could contest it for $90 I sent him the money immediately. I received a second notice for /$277 and contacted Frank and he said he was waiting for a date. I just received a notice that I had to pay $277 in court fees. So in total, I am paying $377 instead of $158. When I called TicketFit--he hung up the phone on me. read more

He got a ridiculous speeding ticket that I got last month driving to work (at the same speed as everyone else to keep in the flow of traffic) dismissed! I spent a lot of time researching lawyers and options and I finally decided this was the best option. He was responsive by text and email. Saved me a ton of money for that bogus ticket and all I had to do was pay his fee. Thanks! read more

I had several outstanding red light camera tickets from 2015 that I recently received (and misssed) a summons for. My license and registration was suspended and I wasn't able to renew. After calling several other ticket clinics I was told that it would take several weeks to be able to sort out my legal issues so I would be able to drive legally. Frank personally handled all of my problems and I was able to have my license fixed within 48 hours and my registration renewed within the week. All of my tickets were dismissed! He has been fast in all communications and has been a pleasure to work with. I highly suggest if you're having traffic issues that you go to him instead of these other firms where you're just one case among many. read more

I'm surprised reading Frank's replies here in Yelp by how nice and straight to the point he is. In my experience, he was exactly the opposite: short and vague answers, lack of updates, and if I wanted clarifications he would reply in an agressive way (e.g., "I explained this to you many times", "unless you have a law degree"). And bear in mind that I work ~70 hours per week, don't have time to ask him multiple questions every day - I just wanted a proper, straight to the point, and complete reply. After these interactions, I decided to change my attorney because I had completely lost trust in him. Really bad service, do not recommend. In addition, even with the fact that he was out of the case and didn't even go to court, he does not want to give any of my money back (even after he promissed to return to me about a prorated refund - another vague promise). read more

You will have to pay court costs after the take your ticket to court. Have that in mind. It's hundreds of dollars.

Disappointing. I hand it to him that he handles everything directly and responds fairly quickly when handling the case as well as when problems arise. In May I receive an email from Frank saying everything is 'Dismissed' and I have no fees to pay. To my surprise, 8 months later I receive a letter from the Florida DMV saying that my license has been suspended for late payment of Court Fees and now I owe that plus the late fees. At least Frank responded and explained the situation, even if 8 months later. He offered to pay for the late fees ($16). Still, I am disappointed in this service, and have to change my five star review to a Three Star review... At least he answered, others would've disappeared. I understand losing the case, but the bad communication on it is what gets me. My recommendation to everyone is to keep checking online for updates on your case and not trust an email or lack-thereof. read more

I hired Frank for a minor ticket. He quickly replied, and took my case with no questions. He did not ask me any general questions about the day I got my ticket, absolutely noting to help him fight my case. Frank got me no points but I still had to pay the FULL PRICE for my ticket, although he promised to reduce my fine. I am not surprised, since he probably did not know what he was fighting for. If you're looking for advise on a minor ticket, don't hire this lawyer. Just to your own pre-trial. The judge will offer you a reduced fine with no points and it will only take about an hour of your life. read more

Nick was a total win! Transparent, straight forward and an overall good guy go work with. I highly recommend!!!! I got a speeding ticket when visiting the area and went with a franchise ticket spot to get me a solution and it was a total nightmare. Emails back and forth with them not sending what they said and then requesting me to do things my self for pulling my out of state driving record and the list goes on. I called Ticket Fit and had a short conversation with Nick he immediately sent me the email to approve the terms and to attach my ticket and then two weeks after this I get an email showing how he had no points assessed, no driving school required and an extremely lowered cost of the ticket. Great service at a low cost that I wish I would have explored first! read more

Frank was so easy to get in touch with. I called him and left a VM and he immediately called me back and texted me too. Very clear about what his fee is and kept me updated on the court date etc. and I ended up paying $99 total and getting both tickets dismissed--granted the tickets were kind of absurd--one for having the metal dealership plate cover a portion of the writing in "The Sunshine State", which the cop told me I could get dismissed, and the other for going 10 mph over the speed limit (I was going 35 mph). Originally I had called the Ticket Clinic but they were more expensive ($129) and were in a rush to get off the phone with me when I asked questions about potential court fees. Very happy with Frank and would definitely use TicketFit again if I ever needed to. read more

I don't know what sort of magic Frank worked, but he managed to get a pair of speeding tickets dismissed for a friend and me after we were pulled over together on I-75... FHP had been cordial when we were pulled over, but the tickets were painful. Frank's rate was actually less than the fine, and the total dismissal meant that I didn't owe anything else. My ticket was dismissed on the first court date. My friend's ticket took a few more appearances, but it went away as well. It's the kind of thing where I hope I don't need to use his services again, but I can definitely recommend him to anyone who needs them! read more

I hired Frank Menendez based on the reviews here, however I wish I had not hired him. He was very responsive at first, but as soon as I paid the fee, getting ahold of him was extremely difficult. I wanted information on how he was going to proceed and after multiple calls, texts, and emails I finally received a response. (my ticket was regarding speeding and required me to go to court) I wasn't feeling too good about continuing with him but I had already paid about $300 for his service and couldn't afford to lose that money. After the first court hearing, I heard back about a week later being informed that a second hearing was scheduled. So far so good... About a week after the second hearing, having not heard from him I decided to call the court myself. On the phone with the clerk I was told that I had a fine to pay (which I was not made aware of through my lawyer) but also that Frank DID NOT SHOW. When I confronted him about it he told me he filed paperwork that allowed him to represent me without having to be physically there, however when asked to show me proof of this ( as it is my right to see all paperwork submitted in my name) he failed to respond. About 2 weeks after the case closed ( I already knew the outcome) and emailing once more, he finally got back to me like nothing was wrong. Here is his final email "I have good news, I finally got in hold of the court a few minutes ago to clear everything up since they had entered the wrong disposition... I apologize for the confusion and I also asked for addition time to pay the court fees but your record remains clean." To be clear, there were no confusion about the disposition of the case, as I knew over 1 week prior to his email what I owed. No additional time was given either as the deadline did not change compared to when I checked directly with the court. To summarize I paid almost $300 for no representation, as far as I know he did not submit the paperwork since he can't show it to me and the court didn't tell me about such thing. I could have lost my license for not paying the fee if I had not been checking on it ( I doubt I would've heard from Frank if I had not been emailing him). On the bright side I did not get points on my license but I will never hire him again and will file a complaint with the board for failure to communicate. read more

Case dismissed! Thank you so, so much, Frank! This dismissal literally saved me. I got a red light ticket last October. I go to a lot of meetings and get a lot of parking tickets. Usually, I pay tickets all in one sitting. Apparently, I forgot to pay this ticket. That's usually not my style. I didn't get anything in the mail from them but as I was driving to a meeting in South Beach in May, I got pulled over. He told me I was driving on a suspended license!! What?? I was in shock! It was from not paying the red light ticket. He took my license. Later, when I looked at the ticket, it said I KNOWINGLY was driving on a SL! A criminal offense. I obviously was in shock when that cop told me so what he did was so wrong. I called Ticket Fit immediately. Frank went to bat for me, but didn't like the results of the first hearing, so he did the second one for free. He also got the red light ticket reduced with no traffic school. In between this and the court case, I got laid off. I got a new job but guess what? During the background check, the criminal thing came up. We had to wait 2 weeks for the new court date. A month out of work total! Today was the second court date - everything dismissed! I sent the paperwork to HR & I start on Thursday. This is the first time I used a traffic lawyer - I'll never use anyone else. Thank you!! read more

Definitely worth using Frank. I'm not from Miami, but got an accident-related ticket during my time there. Called Frank, had a brief conversation and he assured me all would be good. I admit, I was skeptical. He seemed like a smooth talker, and I worried about added fees. But there was none of that. While the entire process took about three months, Frank handled every detail. Shortly after getting my ticket, I received various flyers in the mail for different law firms that promised to fix my citation. However, after doing some research, their reviews were not very high but ran into TicketFit's reviews, which were high. After checking out the videos that Frank Menendez posts on youtube explaining how citations can be resolved, I decided to give TicketFit a try. I filled out a quick form on TicketFit's website, called Frank, and in less than ten minutes between filling out the form and talking to Frank directly, I waited for the resolution. Even though my citation and the Clerk of Courts explained I did not have a right to ask for a court appearance because my speeding ticket was in a school zone, Frank explained this was not true. He also explained the worse case scenario would be a reduced fine, without doing traffic school or acquiring points against my license. However, Frank represented me in court and resolved it in my favor, no fines, no traffic school, no points against my license. My experience was very positive, quick, effective, and convenient, all handled online and over the phone. I received a final email from Frank explaining the positive outcome. The fee I paid TicketFit is MINIMAL in comparison to my peace of mind. Hiring Frank saved me from having to pay a fine, traffic school, and higher insurance rates.
