I would not recommend them. For a non-significant ticket, I would pay the ticket. That will be cheaper. For a significant ticket where the outcome matters, I would a hire a real traffic lawyer. I hired them to defend me in a traffic case (where I hold I was completely innocent). They did not even attempt to defend me. Court documents show they pleaded "no contest". Not "innocent", not "not guilty", but rather "no contest". They did not defend me, they just took their money and that was it. I then received $356 in court fees and had to go to a $70 classroom 8 hour traffic school. In addition to that, the instructions they sent me, with regard to where to send my traffic school information was wrong, resulting in the state threatening to suspend my license. When I confronted them about this, they said they would not help but rather told me to take care of the issue myself. So in order to avoid losing my license (despite taking the traffic course), I will have to spend $23 to get a clearance form from the courthouse, then spend another $60 to avoid getting my license revoked by the state, and then spend a few hours (and time off work) going to the post office, dealing with paper work, etc. All in all, I had to pay the Ticket Clinic $90, so they would not defend me, so I could pay another $439 in fees, so I could go to an 8 hour traffic course, and so I could then spend hours clearing my own name. I Live in Atlanta, GA and received a traffic citation in the mail resulting from a Camera shot of a violation. I contacted The Ticket Clinic as a result of a post card that I received in the mail. I was extremely reluctant to pursue this due to all of the "Scams" out there, but did any way. I spoke to a lady name Jessie and she said that the fee would be $75. and she could not give me any gurantees but that they would pursue a reduction from the $277 assessed. Again, extremely apprehensive to provide a stranger with my credit card and pay $75 with little confidence that they could do anything, I did any way! Let me just say that I respect the Police and their work. It upsets me, however, how much energy is invested in "catching" otherwise law abiding tax paying citizens who stop a few inches "past" a stop sign. That happened to me recently. No other cars around. 4 way stop. Rolled a little past the stop sign, and two police cars with lights flashing pulled me over like I was a suspect in a major crime. Got a $200 ticket. First time that I ever used the Ticket Clinic, thought I would give them a try. Cost me under $100 or hire them, just got notice that the case was "Dismissed." No fine. On July 16, 2011, I was involved in a traffic accident in Kendall,FL. The patrol officer gave me a ticket for "careless driving", against my objections,(driver in front of me stopped short and no brake lights were functional. Used these guys once years ago but never reviewed them. Think I owe the public the service of a warning. It was my very first (and only) speeding ticket. The office told me I should probably take it to court, so I was going to but didnt realize it was when I was going out of town for a few months. A $200+ ticket. I called Ticket Clinic they said they'd handle it. Wound up paying them their fee and while I got no points, I still had to pay the ticket and thensome, upwards of $500+. Would've preferred switching my flight and handling it myself or just paying the damn thing. Also suspicious to me now are the 100+ Yelp reviews that are "not recommended", most of which are negative. Not cool. I know that having your case thrown out isn't a 100% guarantee ever, but there are many lawyers who fight hard to give you your best shot and my feeling here is that these folks aren't doing that. I got nabbed in the HOV trap coming off the I95 Flyover at the Golden Glades. Cop was a real jerk, ticket was for $179.00. I went to this firm and visited the office on Federal Highway in Ft. Lauderdale just north of 17th St. I was treated very professionally. Mr. Fred Hsia was very helpful and supportive, very accessible by phone, and when it came to the trial date, Elena the attorney who was assigend to the case that day was very professional and managed to get the charges dismissed by talking to the officer before we even went before the judge. I was very inpressed with the operation, and I was glad that I hired this firm as they helped walk me through a very aggravating situation that could have ended up costing me even more money for such a pointless citation. At first I was skeptical about hiring the ticket clinic, when I used to drive by it I would laugh at the silly name. However, when a cop issued me an unfair ticket I didn't hesitate to contact them. Their customer service explained their risk-free policy to me and I was convinced. For only $80 bucks these guys and gals appeared in court for me and got my ticket dismissed with NO points or conviction. If for some reason thei are not able to deliver their promise they issue a full refund. Can't beat that. Exellent!!! I got a traffic ticket because of a very unfair, the police officer made a mistake but arguing with her was pointless. I submitted my case online to theticketclinic.com, I paid their fee by Credit Card also through their website, and I waited for the hearing date to be set. I got an update from The Ticket Clinic informing about the hearing date, which was set for yesterday (06/01/18) and today I received an email informing me that the case was dismissed!!! I got an illegal right turn infraction when trying to turn onto the 826 West from 72 ave. 72nd ave was terribly jammed packed and so I had to turn right from the an outer lane instead of the turning lane. I didn't know this was a popular ticket trap. A cop is parked on top of the ramp looking down and making people who engage in the this right turn to give the tickets. I can't stand this type of money-driven ticketing wherein the law enforcement system's concern is about extracting money instead of actually caring about the well being of the citizenry..
