I'm calling you all for assistance and she is the one asking me all of the questions. After providing her with my citation number, she immediately said "you have a bench warrant" my response was no I do not. I just went to court yesterday. She said no I'm asking you do you have a bench warrant??? she originally asked me for my license number. I told her I didn't have that so we went with the ticket number then this is what she says? I told her thank you anyways, and I excused myself off the phone. The assistant is already too confused. I have no desire to do any business with this company. I didn't even get a chance to speak with the attorney so I do want to say that. However, how confused the assistant is, I want no dealings. Good luck.

I was represented during a very difficult and stressful criminal case involving a felony charge. From the beginning, he treated me with respect, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to explain the legal process and my options. Throughout my case, Mr. Stroleny was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to protecting my rights. Having an attorney I could trust and communicate with made a tremendous difference during such a challenging time. I truly appreciate his hard work, commitment, and personal attention to my case. I would highly recommend Attorney Julian Stroleny to anyone who is looking for experienced and compassionate legal representation. The case was dismissed.

Julian is a very honest attorney--you will definitely know what he thinks of you and your case…read more Most of my communication was handled by his paralegal, Marivet, who was almost always available. Whenever I requested to speak with Julian directly, he got in touch. Some of my questions weren't always responded to right away through text, and I had to call or follow up to get answers. Once I did, they were addressed immediately over the phone. A few answers felt more cautious or indirect than I expected, but I understand there may be professional reasons for that. After the final payment, I noticed communication felt less empathetic, though she still remained very available. Even if we didn't always connect personally, I do recognize that her level of accessibility was helpful. Ultimately, the charges against me were dropped by the State Attorney once evidence of my innocence was provided. For that outcome, I am very grateful to Julian for his legal abilities and to Marivet for her availability throughout the process.

I was reaching out for someone with a complex case. They don't have an active ticket, but needed a…read moretraffic defense lawyer to help them and was willing to pay a retainer to get their legal advice on obtaining their license back after a multi state mixup. The person who answered was great, however the attorney who emailed back was extremely short. "Hi, the case appears closed. You need to contact the court directly." When asking which court to contact; considering this is two states and two courts, explaining they have contacted the courts directly, and the DMV all giving different information, there was no response back. I did email with questions twice after the initial response with no communication back. It would have come off better for the attorney to state point blank he could not help, didn't want to help etc. I even asked if this is something he didn't take care of (even though there is a whole tab for license suspension on the website) If he could refer me to someone who could help. No response. In looking for law advice many prefer someone to the point. I ended up calling another firm local to me, this attorney with 20+ years experience told me point blank "this is going to be an absolute headache and it's already a mess, not a case I would like to take due to the headaches to come, but this person needs legal help, that is my job, and what I am good at" 2000.00$ retainer later and within just a few weeks, the case is almost wrapped up and license will be reinstated. After reading all the prior reviews I was really hoping this firm could help. The lawyer seems experienced and has a huge social media presence, but communication is key. *****Editing to add after the owner response***** 1. This is not my case 2. As stated in the emails, Florida suspended his license years after a ticket in another state that has been satisfied. He's registered a vehicle in Florida, and cant renew the tags because of the suspension. 3. If I were communicated with in regards to only being licensed in Florida, I still would have questioned that response because the state that has issued the suspension is Florida. 4. The only response I received to my entire inquiry and request for help is attached. 5. The attorney that took his case is only registered in Florida.

Sometimes it may only take a phone call from Mr. Dobkin, and that's what he did. The Hyundai dealer had my vehicle for over a month; this was the second time for the same issue. In the past, I've reached out to other attorneys in unrelated matters where I thought a simple call would resolve the situation, but I was given instructions on what to do and unfortunately my efforts were not effective. Therefore, Mr. Dobkin's quick decision to call the service advisor was appreciated very much but was certainly unexpected. I felt like he sincerely cared about my situation. Mr. Dobkin's staff also made me feel like they cared. Although short, the conversations never felt rushed. I hired these " lawyers" for 2 claims. Meantime, after seeing Chiropractor's and too many scans ( $$$) my ortho ( the ONLY doctor who would help me) had to preform this simple procedure 75 miles from me. I TOLD them STOP THE CLAIM and pay my ortho. It took over 2 months in massive pain before they would close this case so I could finally get relief. I must say " Fatima" was excellent at communication. She is some associate at this law firm. I NEVER even knew who the attorney was. And forget the APP. It doesnt work most of the time. This must be a Wallmart of legal services, Very impersonal. . 2) Personal property damage. I lived with a water pipe break damage with mold for 1 FULL YEAR! They waste no time having you sign over POA and actually answer the phone until the process begins. Once you sign forget it. I had to email constantly & provoded detailed invoices and pictures along with my homeowners policy that CLEARY said this damage is covered. I must have worked with 5 different " associates" ( because I don't know who they are) until I must have been assigned an attorney? Who knows? " Dayma":, my asigned lawyer may have contacted me 3X during the course of a entire year. When the zoom meeting finally came she gave 0 defense on my behalf and simply advised me to " be nice" to the insurance attorney. I would hate to have her defend me in court! I could have done a better job on my own. She said to me " Im having my guest bathroom redone as well and it's $8000.00 . I asked for her contractors #, no reply. My damages exceeded $100.000. I will receive a check for $16,000 hopefully today after a whole year later showering at the gym. It covers NOTHING. Toward the end I received a call one evening telling me my case was dropped! Imagine the stress! Then the next day I was informed the " had the wrong client"... They were negligent to discover my home was paid or. Asked me to drive 20 miles to a bank branch for a document proving this. Then, like anyone could have done, accessed public records and gee look at that. Another delay. CONSTANT delays due to negligence. Also lost damage pictures... Wonder if they ever actually READ my policy? Might as well battle this out yourself with your own insurance companies. Same result & save 20%. They will STRONGLY advise you NOT to peruse litigation or any further action. Probably know they cant win? This firm will ignore you and preform the very minimum required to close a case. I have several attorney associated who have helped many friends & clients. This firm is what gives lawyers a bad name.
