During a process of exactly 2 years he has accompanied me, and guided me to accomplish the legal goals of an immense and at times almost endless road, but his professionalism and ability led me to obtain the best result. Eternal thanks to Barry and his team for the immense accomplishment of having me become a Resident of the United States.

Talking with him is very reassuring and it's a great quality in any immigration process as applicants are anxious most of the time due to the unknown. Barry uses his knowledge and provides me with a realistic timeline and expectations. Under promises and over-delivers. It's definitely a pleasure working with Barry. Will use again in 2 years and 9 months when I need to apply for citizenship.

I am writing in response to your recent reply regarding my previous review. I would like to clarify…read morethat as soon as your office responded, I immediately called. However, once again, I was told that I would receive a callback and never did. Attached, you will find three receipts totaling $3,000, not $30 or $300, but $3,000. Given this amount, it is unacceptable that no action or progress was made on my case. I trusted your office with this payment, expecting services to be rendered, but instead I am told my case is CLOSED! This is not only disappointing but unprofessional, and I believe your office should be held accountable for this. Your response stating that your team called me multiple times is a LIE. I called several times to explain my situation, yet my case was never initiated. Each call resulted in a promise of a callback, or a note being left for the attorney, which, frankly, is an inadequate approach to handling sensitive matters. The use of sticky notes to track client cases is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of attention to detail. I was assigned to a paralegal, Sandra Eirnova (who had no clue what she was doing), who failed to provide the necessary communication regarding the steps needed to proceed with my case. I went to your office this year January 2025 again to see if anything can be done and they told me NO your case is closed we will have someone from accounting to call you and see If something can be done AGAIN no call back. As a client needing immigration services you really believe I wasn't going to take any ACTION after paying your firm 3k and you have the audacity to say you called me and in reality, you didn't. I will accept the fact that my payment to your office was a GIFT for doing absolutely NOTHING! I hope that you take this feedback seriously and reconsider the way your firm handles client cases moving forward

I'm disappointed for being tricked to believe this process with her would be a breeze. I was trying to figure out what was happening and apparently spoken to her team extensively as she's told me. The thing is they take their time and you can honestly do all of it by yourself instead of getting yourself in a $6,000 debt with someone who doesn't have your best interest at heart.

Our experience at Dominguez Law Firm, PLLC has been nothing short of amazing! Five stars falls…read moreshort of the wonderful experience we had working with Melissa. She deserves a million stars! A little backstory here: I moved to the United States in early 2020. The court and office closures due to the pandemic didn't make it easy for my husband (then fiance) and I to get our marriage registered, however, we managed to get it done within the required timeframe, thanks to a friend who's a notary. We got our marriage license from the court soon after and then came the daunting task of filing for my PR, EAD, SSN, etc. This is when our friend referred us to Melissa's office. What seemed daunting and stressful at first, Melissa made the same process a smooth sailing for us. Melissa is a thorough professional and has absolute expertise in her field of work. What sets her apart from most immigration attorneys, according to us, is her humane approach to her clients. She believes in making it easy for her clients and is very friendly, approachable, honest and transparent with the process from day 1. She's always on top of things and is always available to consult via email or phone. She has a keen eye for detail and is very diligent with follow ups. She even chose to accompany us in person for the PR interview although she had the choice to be available over the phone if needed. That decision alone speaks volumes about her thorough professionalism and her willingness to stand by her clients at every step of the way. Working with her is a breeze. From start to finish. We will absolutely be consulting her again in the future for any immigration related work. For anyone looking for a smooth and transparent immigration experience, we wholeheartedly recommend Dominguez Law Firm, PLLC.
