She said no I'm asking you do you have a bench warrant??? she originally asked me for my license number. I told her I didn't have that so we went with the ticket number then this is what she says? I told her thank you anyways, and I excused myself off the phone. The assistant is already too confused. I have no desire to do any business with this company. Whenever I requested to speak with Julian directly, he got in touch. Some of my questions weren't always responded to right away through text, and I had to call or follow up to get answers. Once I did, they were addressed immediately over the phone. A few answers felt more cautious or indirect than I expected, but I understand there may be professional reasons for that. After the final payment, I noticed communication felt less empathetic, though she still remained very available. Even if we didn't always connect personally, I do recognize that her level of accessibility was helpful. Ultimately, the charges against me were dropped by the State Attorney once evidence of my innocence was provided. I was reaching out for someone with a complex case. The person who answered was great, however the attorney who emailed back was extremely short. "Hi, the case appears closed. You need to contact the court directly." When asking which court to contact; considering this is two states and two courts, explaining they have contacted the courts directly, and the DMV all giving different information, there was no response back. I did email with questions twice after the initial response with no communication back. It would have come off better for the attorney to state point blank he could not help, didn't want to help etc. I even asked if this is something he didn't take care of (even though there is a whole tab for license suspension on the website) If he could refer me to someone who could help. No response. In looking for law advice many prefer someone to the point. I ended up calling another firm local to me, this attorney with 20+ years experience told me point blank "this is going to be an absolute headache and it's already a mess, not a case I would like to take due to the headaches to come, but this person needs legal help, that is my job, and what I am good at" 2000.00$ retainer later and within just a few weeks, the case is almost wrapped up and license will be reinstated. After reading all the prior reviews I was really hoping this firm could help. The lawyer seems experienced and has a huge social media presence, but communication is key. *****Editing to add after the owner response***** 1. This is not my case 2. As stated in the emails, Florida suspended his license years after a ticket in another state that has been satisfied. He's registered a vehicle in Florida, and cant renew the tags because of the suspension. 3. If I were communicated with in regards to only being licensed in Florida, I still would have questioned that response because the state that has issued the suspension is Florida. 4. The only response I received to my entire inquiry and request for help is attached. 5. The attorney that took his case is only registered in Florida.

He called my serve advisor and left a message in a non-intimidating tone; I believe it helped me receive a more detailed invoice about my 2022 vehicle repair. I guess that was fair, however, through out the process they RARELY accepted or RETUNED my calls. I'd give the a ""0" on commuications, The process from claim to award was about two and a half years! Paper work on their end was often incorrect, even to the awards checks that were made ou to contractors whom I had paid for work 21/2 years prior. so they had to sebd award checks back to the insurer them to have the reissued which added anoth delay. Like I said, yes they won but the process was unprofesssional, SLOW, expensive AND THE PAPER WORK WAS OFTEN INCORRECT. i GUESS FOR A LOW-VALUE CLAIM IT MAY BE OK TO HIRE THEM BUT.
