Practicing the profession with passion, knowledge and dedication is not something that all professionals can develop throughout their career, I have found Barry to be the most serious and responsive immigration lawyer. During a process of exactly 2 years he has accompanied me, and guided me to accomplish the legal goals of an immense and at times almost endless road, but his professionalism and ability led me to obtain the best result. Eternal thanks to Barry and his team for the immense accomplishment of having me become a Resident of the United States. read more

Barry Lieber - Immigration Law Near Me - Miami, Florida

We initially hired a well-regarded big law firm that specializes in immigration to handle our case. Unfortunately, all the experienced partners that were trotted out in our initial consultation were nowhere to be found throughout the immigration process, and instead we were assigned junior associates who ultimately ran into roadblocks, and then we were told there was nothing else they could do. At that point, we hired Barry, and his recommendations and perseverance resulted in the green card we received last week. Strong recommend!!!! read more

Barry did an incredible job helping my husband with his immigration case. My husband had a difficult case and out of ten or more attorneys we contacted, Barry was the only one willing to take the challenge. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and he was very patient explaining legal terms that both my husband and I did not understand. Also, he has an excellent assistant that helped us through out the entire process. We highly recommend Barry Lieber! read more

I gave Mr. Lieber a call to ask his professional opinion of a matter of my own. I am an immigration attorney in Seattle, WA. I had an issue that, because of geographic location, i just haven't run into. Immigration law is one of the most complicated areas of law, and even for experienced immigration attorneys it can be nearly impossible to know all the answers. Mr. Lieber kindly took my call, and the time to chat about my issue, and offer his sage opinion. He was spot-on with my research, kind, professional, and from what I experienced I would recommend his services to anyone in need of help with immigration matters. Thanks Barry! read more

We are so lucky to have Barry to be our attorney. Our case is very complicated. USCIS denied our green card by their mistake. Barry gave us solutions immediately right after he knew this bad news. He spent 6 hours with me for waiting and arguing with an USCIS officer during an inforpass. Turns out, after two days, our case was repened for reconsideration. After one week, we received our green card! We never expected to receive our green card so fast after we received the bad news. We strongly recommend Barry to everyone.
