I'm always getting myself or one of my children and even friends out of wrongful tickets. One case TTO won was when my oldest son was picking up a friend in Miami Beach. The area to pick up was in an alley. Suddenly, a few police cars entered the alley to arrest a person. One police officer opened his door and damaged my oldest son's new car. My son waited there until the police were finished, and then the police officer asked what he was doing there. And my son replied he needed to file an accident report. The officer asked for my son's driver's license and information, and shortly returned with a stack of traffic citations. My son had the whole thing on the dash camera. TTO won the case, no points or court fees. Most recently, my oldest son received two traffic citations over two days in a row. He accidentally called another lawyer. In that case, he was issued nearly 500 dollars in court fees. Then he received a letter indicating if payment was not received within a few weeks, he would get a suspended driver's license, his registration and auto tag would be null and void too. I found out the lawyer was from another totally different firm, not TTO. My son was not properly informed about this by the lawyer he hired. He had no idea he had to pay court costs. THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL!!!! I am so impressed with Attorney Scott and his team. I was caught up in an awkward situation in Miami, downtown, and was trying to find my way back onto the freeway. I was caught in an obscure intersection and inadvertently "crossed over a safety barrier" and "rolled through a stop sign", making a right turn. I put my trust in them for a redlight ticket and when I contact them they said they email me and which my email was innocent when the lady repeated to me. Been using this office for years and never had an issue before until this morning when a lady named Damaris answer the phone very rude and super in a rude rush to get me off the phone when I was simply asking for an update on 2 cases that I had hired this law firm for. She was talking over me and then hangs up, when I call back, she then tells me a lie that the reason she hung up that I was screaming which didn't happen at all I'm guessing she was in a bad mode because she had to work on a Saturday, but I think this was very unprofessional I work as a Customer Service manager for 20 years and would never treat a client the way I was treated today. Let me start by saying I get a lot of tickets. Seems like I get one every 8 months. So back in September I was stopped for speeding I'm Miami Beach (again) and was given this firm's number from a coworker. The office charged me $69.00 and I was told that I would not need to go to court and that I am guaranteed that I would not get points of my record. This all sounded great since I was not looking forward to going to court nor did I want the call from my insurance agent about yet another increase of my premium. In all my years of driving in South Florida this is the first time I got red light traffic ticket specifically in aventura in Miami Dade County. Before selecting this firm I did not realize that they had such mixed reviews. However I went ahead with them and hired them to represent me with the court. The fee that they charge is pretty standard 60 something dollars I believe. They're pretty straightforward you know they tell you what's going to happen, that attorneys can go to court for you and they pretty much tell you that the ticket will either be dismissed or that you'll pay certain fees (no specifics though) but after that they don't communicate with you AT ALL; you have to call them to see what's up. After my court hearing I learned that I had to pay almost $300 and I don't even know how the attorney pleaded because that's how much they don't communicate with you. I might as well just have paid the freaking ticket and not used them as I ended up paying way more. Stay away!!! read more

This was the first time I decided to use a service like this to defend me on a speeding ticket. They were easy to deal with initially when I set them up to represent me. They explained everything to me, it was all good. They told me when the court date was. I called a couple days after, they informed me the date was changed, and gave me the new date. I called 2 days after the second date, they informed me there were court fees which were the price of my tickets. I was okay with that (not ideal) as it didn't give me any points. I paid the fees based on what they provided me. I learned I could pay the fees online. The city proceeded to mess up the payments, I actually overpaid and they still owe me money. This whole process has taken over 9 months at this point. The reason for the poor ratings were twofold. One was the cost and fact that I didn't save any money, the second was that I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. I wouldn't use this firm again. read more

I hired Scott Hidnert in August of 2010. During and before my minor "Improper Lane Change" case... I never spoke with him personally because he would never return my calls. It took me getting a late fee from the Miami-Dade County Clerk and threatened to have my license suspended before I even knew what happened in the court case.
