The day of the hearing I got word that my case was dismissed no points on my drivers license. No traffic school totally dismissed. The judgment said "dismissed for various reasons". I chose this firm expecting professional representation, communication, support, and someone who would genuinely fight for my best interests. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Throughout my case, I was assigned approximately four different attorneys, and the constant changes made the entire process even more frustrating. I never felt that I had consistent representation or that anyone was truly taking ownership of my case. The level of communication, guidance, and support I received was nowhere near what I expected from a firm that presents itself as highly experienced and prestigious. One of the biggest problems was the property damage to my vehicle. I was clearly not at fault for the accident, yet I was repeatedly told that the firm only handled the injury portion of the case and would not assist me with the property-damage portion. I found this extremely disappointing because I needed help navigating the situation and dealing with the insurance company responsible for the damages. As a result, my vehicle ended up sitting in the body shop for approximately three months. Ultimately, I had to come out of pocket approximately $1,500 just to retrieve my own vehicle. In my opinion, much more could and should have been done to help me pursue a fair resolution for the property damage. The entire case also took an extremely long amount of time, and after all the waiting, frustration, and stress, I honestly feel that the outcome was nowhere close to being worth what I went through. What made the situation even more disappointing was the amount of money deducted from my compensation. There were numerous charges and bills that I found extremely difficult to understand or justify. After all the deductions, fees, and other expenses, the firm ended up keeping a significant portion of the settlement, while I was left feeling that I had received very little value for the amount of time, stress, and frustration involved.

I was reaching out for someone with a complex case. They don't have an active ticket, but needed a…read moretraffic defense lawyer to help them and was willing to pay a retainer to get their legal advice on obtaining their license back after a multi state mixup. The person who answered was great, however the attorney who emailed back was extremely short. "Hi, the case appears closed. You need to contact the court directly." When asking which court to contact; considering this is two states and two courts, explaining they have contacted the courts directly, and the DMV all giving different information, there was no response back. I did email with questions twice after the initial response with no communication back. It would have come off better for the attorney to state point blank he could not help, didn't want to help etc. I even asked if this is something he didn't take care of (even though there is a whole tab for license suspension on the website) If he could refer me to someone who could help. No response. In looking for law advice many prefer someone to the point. I ended up calling another firm local to me, this attorney with 20+ years experience told me point blank "this is going to be an absolute headache and it's already a mess, not a case I would like to take due to the headaches to come, but this person needs legal help, that is my job, and what I am good at" 2000.00$ retainer later and within just a few weeks, the case is almost wrapped up and license will be reinstated. After reading all the prior reviews I was really hoping this firm could help. As stated in the emails, Florida suspended his license years after a ticket in another state that has been satisfied.
