"I've had a very negative experience with these people who call themselves professionals. If you're considering hiring their services, I recommend you think twice. They make you sign a lengthy contract, full of ambiguous clauses, where they subtly indicate that they don't guarantee any results. Despite this, they charge you $500 for their representation. In the end, you realize that they have legally scammed you, as you end up paying court costs and accumulating points. They don't even have the courtesy to use part of the $500 to cover those expenses. They are the worst you can imagine. I don't recommend them to anyone." read more

The Ticket Clinic - Ticket Dismissed - Traffic Ticketing Law Near Me - Miami, Florida

the ticket clinic has horrible service. I had a traffic ticket about a year ago and paid the ticket clinic to handle it for me, and these people give me a call later telling me the person that was supposed to take care of it for me messed up with the paper work and missed the court appearance. After they tell me that to not worry, and that they will handle it for me. Come to find out a whole year later they never figured anything out for me, and never reached out to let me know. Now I might possibly be getting my license suspended, and still have to show up to court myself about this. I would not recommend their services to anyone. read more

Truth be told I was a little skeptical at first about this service. I have never really been one to get traffic tickets as I am a pretty safe driver but recently I did get a ticket that I thought was questionable so I decided to give them a shot. Long story short my overall experience with the Ticket Clinic was 100% positive. Great communication from their legal staff, periodic statuses as well via email which was great. It took some time for to go through the overall process but the end result was positive as my case was dismissed. I would also like to add that they handled everything on my behalf and I never had to go to court. By all means please drive safely everyone but if you ever get a ticket you think is borderline, you should probably give them a call. Hope this helps! read more

This is honestly the worst place to hire. They did not win the case I should have paid a little bit more and went with Alex Hannah mind you. I only had four tickets to my name since 2016. Now I have to pay the court 267 on top of what I paid the attorney. This is not the place you want to hire. I had to call them for them to get my insurance card because they did not call me for me to send them the proof of insurance. Thank you for nothing read more

Ticket Clinic is the ROCK STAR of defense for the everyday driver my most recent ticket infraction was ludicrous at best, alleging that I crossed over a piece of the white apex triangle painted on the highway (I-95) as I approached an exit. This was a sting operation and State Troopers we're pulling multiple cars over for the same thing in my case I barely touched the line at 60 MPH. To make a long story short, Ticket Clinic's results was NO POINTS and I was not even fined by the judge. I highly recommend this organization that defends the everyday driver with positive results! How do they do it?! I have used The Ticket Clinic for years and has always been so trouble free. They get you the best possible deal and most of the time, like today in my case, they got me a dismissal. Don't bother with other attorneys use them and only them. read more

The price was well worth the convenience. They got the job done and the process was easy and simple.

No ticket, no points, no problem. This was a very good experience for me. I was given a speeding ticket; I believe unfairly. The one thing I don't have time for, is to loose more time. Very convenient. Thank you. read more

My perfect driving record was blemished a few months ago when I was caught speeding in Broward County. So what's a girl to do when she gets her first speeding ticket? Call her boyfriend! And he told me to call the Ticket Clinic. I was a little skeptical at first, but when my boyfriend told me to contact them, it kind of changed my mind. The entire process was quick, cheaper than paying my ticket, and pretty painless if I forget about the guy at the front desk hitting on me. I don't know how well their service is when you have a DUI or some other serious problem to deal with, but it was a breeze for my speeding ticket. read more

They did the job , no hassle, easy to hire and good communication with great results.

This place is such a scam, paid them the 300 bucks they wanted to try to resolve a speeding ticket. They ended up telling me they couldn't get the judge to dismiss my case and wasn't able to reduce my fees... so what did i get at the end of the day? MORE BILLS!!! OVER 600 DOLLARS MORE!!! They offered no explaination other then that the attorney tried everything he could. Sounds like BS to me! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! IT'S A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! I have a perfect record and got a speeding ticket for going 39 in a 30. Ticket clinic simply entered a plea of "no contest" and i got stuck paying the ticket anyways... not to mention what i paid the ticket clinic. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT HIRE THESE FRAUDS! They didn't even try to get my ticket dismissed. I am not a lawyer and I could have done exactly what they did and saved myself the $80 I paid them! read more

This is my second time using ticket clinic. I used them once in 2008 and just recently for speeding tickets. I would definitely recommend them. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Walked into this place because I was told it was awesome at "fighting" tickets in court. I live out of state so I figured they would take care of my concerns the proper way! The police officer who cited me for speeding said I was 18 miles above the speed limit, which truthfully I was only 8 miles! He missed by 10 miles and anybody with a half a brain will know thats a huge dent when it comes to $$$. My only goal was to hire these knuckle heads hoping they would do a proper job of proving the officer was wrong and what do they do???? NOTHING! The "legal assistant" told me that they walked in there with my ticket in hand hoping to God and all the angels above that the judge would listen to their pleading words that the officer was wrong with no proof whatsoever! NOTHING! Any 7 year old today can go online and research the roads and see the speed limits which in turn provides evidence!!! Who in their right mind goes into a court room fighting an officer with no proof??? They call themselves attorneys??? The worst part is calling the office and politely asking for explanations and the so called "legal assistant" can bearly communicate with you properly!!! Better yet, they have the worst attitudes and the so called "attorneys" are only reacheable via email! Biggest scam after ponzi schemes and eating a healthy meal at a fast food joint! read more

I give them a 1 star review because they did nothing but plead nolo contendre or I do not wish to contest. The final fees with court costs (you will pay these) and their fee, it cost more than paying most tickets. If your ticket isn't over $400, don't use these guys. Plead no contest yourself and the court will withhold adjudication in most cases. It will keep points off your license and save you money. read more

The end result was positive- my ticket was dismissed. But horrible communication. They are not pro-active. I had to call ticket clinic every step of the way. They never called or emailed me to confirm the court appointments. I had to call three times before getting a copy of the letter and document to prove my ticket was dismissed. I never spoke to the attorney who represented me, which seems weird- how can attorney not talk to their client. I've been driving for only 2 years, and never had a ticket before this. I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but the ticket clinic handled everything and got it dismissed. I would call them again, but just be prepared for a total lack of communication. read more

For about $80, you can quickly rid yourself of the stress concerning a traffic ticket. You speak to a legal assistant and if you haven't had a ticket in 2 years, they guarantee that there will be no points on your record. There is a chance of court fees or traffic school, but most likely the $80 will rid you of a more expensive ticket and of the points associated with it. Saving yourself from increased insurance cost is definitely worth it. The inside actually looks like a clinic. You sign in at one of those windows you see at your doctor. You come in there complaining that your driving record is sick and they find a remedy. It doesn't take too long to do either. A few minutes and you will be on your way. read more

They promised me nothing and got me everything. I got a ticket for going 75 on a 45 on the Palmetto. I was not hopeful since the ticket clinic told me that they could not guarantee success, but they where able to get my ticket dismissed. Saved me a huge fine and no points on my license. read more
