Shimmer is ALWAYS clean and ready to accommodate all of the clients that are in the salon. Second, the ambiance in the business - I have to say, I love the comfortable yet stylish decor in Shimmer. Brand new chairs (super comfortable for the longer appointments) - and new chairs at the washing and dryer stations. I love to see places that maintain their furniture and decor; no one wasn't to sit in old and dirty salons. I have to say, the best part about the place is Nichole! She has always made sure that I was in the best hands! I began having her do my hair from when she worked at another salon. I had to follow her to her own salon! Nichole has time and time again worked with my schedule; which can be difficult. She's made sure that I can get all of the services that I need and get on my merry way- lickity-split! The quality of care that you'll receive here is A+ - I've religiously gone to Shimmer for hair cuts, styling, products, and the occasional special service or treatment.
