This is the best place in the area to get your nails done. HANDS DOWN- I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE- Especially for a pedicure. It's pretty new inside, it's very big, has a roomy bathroom and it is pretty much IMMACULATE- in terms of cleanliness. Which is the most important aspect in my experience, when choosing a top quality nail salon! MOST IMPORTANTLY- they utilize NEW STERILE products on your feet - with every customer- as opposed to just sanitizing them! Sanitizing them- does NOT always REMOVE ALL of the germs & viruses and I was told by a reputable individual at the hospital that I work at- that when salons re-use this type of equipment & only sanitize them- that it is close to a 75% "sanitize" rate!!!! Which is REALLY Gross!!! I am only this careful NOW because one of my coworkers, at the hospital, ended up being hospitalized- for a SERIOUS infection- after getting a routine pedicure done- at one of the nearby nail salons. It was NOT this salon, and I will not mention which salon it was- but it's a popular one! So please be careful when getting pedicures! After her hospitalization- I knew it was time to STOP going to so-so places- so now this is the ONLY place I will even GO TO for a pedicures in this area! I really liked this place and the last time I went here my French gel pedicure cost me a reasonable $65. Today it was only $60- which was even better! I really like the way the tech did my feet today and the way she did them the time before as well. My only issue would be, a few weeks ago I booked an appointment online and picked the exact same thing- I always pick which is typically a jelly pedicure!!!! However when I went to pay- a few weeks ago- I was charged $95!!! I've never had a $100 pedicure before & was VERY upset - when I asked why - they said because of what I picked. Thinking back- I was only handed ONE pamphlet & apparently it only featured the more EXPENSIVE pedicures. But she ONLY gave me that ONE pamphlet & not only were there NO PRICES on it- but I would never have gotten that pedicure- had I known how much it was going to be!!! My pedicure budget is $75 tops- and yes she did a great job. But I would NEVER pay THAT much for a pedicure. So needless to say I was a bit upset & it definitely was a longer pedicure- but I was not thrilled to pay $120, with tip, for a slightly longer pedicure. So that would be my only complaint- make sure you know what service you're getting! Otherwise- do yourself a favor and just come here- because it's very clean and the girls are always really nice. I was so relaxed today I think I fell asleep for the majority of my pedi- today!!! 5 stars for sure! read more

THE BEST nail salon in northeast CT/south central Massachusetts area!!!! I will not go anywhere else! The place is immaculately clean. All staff are extremely friendly and kind. The owners are so personable, and they treat their customers like family. I have walked in tired from my workday, and walk out uplifted and relaxed. The ambiance is great and so is their work. Wife talked me into a pedicure. So for the first time in my life, I took the plunge. Wife has been coming here for a little while, and has been totally satisfied with having manicures. With really nothing to gauge them by, I was very pleased with the jelly pedicure. A lot of detail went into my nails, calouses, and skin. Felt totally relaxed. I know there's a lot of men that probably will laugh at a guy getting a pedicure, but if you never had one, this would be the place to go for your first time. read more

The lady who did my manicure and pedicure should be banned from practicing her profession. This woman was unprofessional and rude despite my efforts to be friendly. She did my nails terrible. I had to go to another salon to have them remove these thick layers of material and make my nails look nice. I paid $130 for her poor job. I do not recommend! read more

Took a chance on this place and couldn't be happier that I did. They are extremely covid safe, and SO CLEAN!!!!!! Booking an appointment was so easy, I did it all online, and was sent confirmation and a reminder email. I had an appointment with Mya and she was amazing! I had a spa pedicure that was unbelievable, and then I had a full set manicure. I literally showed a picture, and got EXACTLY what I asked for! At the end, Mya gave me recommendations for taking care of my nails, and suggested when I should come back for a fill. Reasonably priced, and I think I've found my new nail salon!!! read more

Easy to make appointment online. Staff friendly. The place is immaculate. Staff wears gloves at all times. I have a latex allergy and they made sure to get non-latex gloves before they touched my skin. Had a mani/pedi and was very happy with it. Disappointed that the rhinestones placed on my toes only stayed on for a few hours. Wore sneakers the next day and they all came off. This has never happened before. I will go back, but will not be getting any bling on my nails. Bring cash for tip. It is a really nice place to get some pampering done. read more
