Don't enjoy leaving a negative review- but this one is really warranted. Gel manicure wasn't cured properly- they were busy and rushed (skipped?) the required drying / LED light process, as a result, my nails started peeling within days of my vacation the following day. I had a gel pedicure at the same time, which was dried properly, under the LEDs. When I returned from my vacation, I came in to the salon to show them how horrible my hands looked...(it was truly embarrassing) They were SO RUDE and blamed me (!) for having my 'hands in the sand too much' (??!?!) nonsense, as my toenails-done at the same appointment -were still fine, and spent the *whole week* 'in the sand'. I was polite, and believe they should have at least owned up to the mistake, or offered me a discount for the future; truthfully-even a simple apology would have been fine. Instead, they were UNBELIEVABLY rude, in front of other customers- would not take any responsibility at all, instead; yelled at me (??!!!).... horrible customer service, to say the least. (And wanted to charge me full price to remove their peeling mess) I was shocked. BTW- I was *not* being a Karen, but if I had been, I had reason to be upset, for sure. I would *want* to know if a technician made a mistake or a customer was not satisfied, if it were my salon. In any event...Life is way too short to deal with rude people who suck (and do shoddy work) Find another salon that appreciates your business and stands by their service. P.S. Watch out for this- apparently, it's a thing in shifty nail salons that I hadn't heard about: when they do your nails, they do not put the polish/gel all the way to the cuticle. Instead, they leave a gap between the polish and your cuticle so your manicure appears to grow out faster, resulting in you having to come back sooner/more often to fill or do your nails again. (see photo; that manicure is just over one week old) Sleazy. This place is dishonorable and does shoddy work. read more

I went Sunday for a Pedicure and manicure. They sent me in for my pedicure and before you know it I have someone me telling me she was doing my manicure " yup" at the same time. I couldn't believe it not only... could I not enjoy my pedicure ,but I felt like I was in the middle of a threesome. Who does this, If they didn't have time for both they should've told me. I'm not happy I will probably never go back and I'm sorry I left a tip. You go to have a pedicure and manicure to relax not to feel like you're being rushed out and it's exactly what was being done I was rushed.Not one single bit of enjoyment!!! I went here for my prom nails, and one hand came out wonderful, but the other one was absolutely horrid. The design was messy, and the polish was uneven. They lasted 5 days before one snapped while I was washing my hair. The acrylic was very thin. I thought it was a one time thing, so I went again about a week ago. I go the same length. Later that day, one snapped while I was writing on a paper. I would not recommend. read more

Went and took my family out for Mother's Day. All pedicures and nails done. My mom had to ask the guy twice to fix them and he made them WAY too long for her, and she asked him to make them a little shorter. My nails aren't covered completely and they're chunky looking. They kept nicking my skin. Then charged us over $200 for all of it. And charged for little stuff. I usually love this place but they rushed to get us out and didn't a shitty job. Best manicure ever! I discovered this business over the summer. I have my nails done here during camping season. Now that the season has ended and I want the very best, I find myself traveling the hour and a half each way to have my nails done here! I have a favorite technician, but all are good at their job. I went here on Sunday to get my nails done for the first time. I haven't had them done in a few years. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a pedicure with regular polish. Overnight the color change from a pretty cool color to this funky mustard yellow on the gel polish only. I promptly called first thing Monday morning to let them know and see if they were willing to fix it. I spoke to Hannah who said come back in and we'll be happy to fix it for you. I was working Monday night so I made an appointment for Tuesday at 5. I came in and spoke to Hannah showed her the picture I had of my mani pedi when the nails actually matched identified the color that was used so in case there was something wrong with it. She then brought over the girl who did my nails. It had her redo them. Having felt bad that this girl had to redo the nails. I apologize to her and asked if she had ever seen anything like this happen. She snapped at me. Told me "it's not my problem it's the product and don't say nothing about it again" . I thought that was very rude. The entire time that she was doing my toenails and fingernails over so that they would match for my vacation. Mind you the whole point of my visit. You could tell she was visibly annoyed. Her mannerisms and tone of voice set it all. I didn't do anything wrong to ruin this manicure and I even felt bad and apologize for having to have them redo what I paid $72 for. Now I'm sorry that I apologize at all after the treatment that I got today. Very rude very unprofessional and would never go back to Cindy to get my nails done again after that. It's unfortunate that I had to give a bad review for this because the nails themselves actually came out nice. If not for her attitude about fixing the fingernails I would have been a returning customer. read more

Everything was terribly sub-par. I made an appointment for 2 pedicures. My friends did not get started until they started to apply my polish. We were offered no options nor were we asked for what type of pedicure we wanted. The calf massage barely lasted 2 minutes. Neither technicians were very friendly. Just all around a disappointment. John where did you go? I'm not a fan of the new owners. I had a similar situation as someone else on here. Booked my appointment but when I went in I didn't know anyone. I find it odd that no one mentioned it. It was like a ghost town on there, felt very uncomfortable. The guy who did my nails did things much different. They didn't use our own provided boxes with buffer and file. My white tips are crooked, there's bubble spots in the gel and they charged me more $. NEW OWNERS!!! Took two hours to get my nails done after being passed around to three different techs. The worst gel nail fill I've ever gotten. My nails have no shape, just a big blob of pink and they painted the white on with polish instead of using the white gel. Now my white tips are chipping and the pink is peeling off if the corners; two nails popped off in two weeks. Techs talking on the phone the entire time they're doing my nails. So very dissapointed...had finally found the best nail salon around until the new ownership. Will not go back. read more

Be Aware! It has now changed hands. I have been going here for more than a year. I made an appointment on the phone for a fill with Katie as usual. The woman who answered the phone gave me an appointment time. Because I didn't recognize her voice I confirmed that it was with Katie. She assured me it was. When I got there Katie was not there. In fact I didn't recognize any of the staff there. As I had gone four weeks without a fill and I was already there I agreed to have one of the guys do it. Never again. His tools were dirty. The brush they use to brush the dust off your hands looked like it had food or something stuck down one side, The nail clippers were held with pens and pencils and other random items in a dirty cup. The thing you put your hands in to dry gel was dirty and spotted with different color nail gels. The buffer he used was old, cracked and worn. Unfortunately I noticed these things once he had already started filing. Realizing now that the shop was not up to the same clean standards as it had been before I asked him if Katie and her family had sold the business and he admitted they had. I asked for French polish and the white part on three of my fingers is crooked and there's a bump on my thumb nail which feels like something he filed off was gelled over. I didn't mention the issues because at that point I just wanted to get out of there. The bill came to $40. read more
