When I first arrived, I was a bit confused on the entrance but there is parking in the back and a staircase in the front leading to the balcony entrance. My first impression of the salon was that it was very clean, well decorated, and each station had large mirrors. Per request, my hair dresser was also Jasmine. Three words I would use to describe her are professional, hospitable, and thorough. When I arrived, she was finishing something up but immediately after, she made every effort to make me feel at home and she succeeded. She offered me some tea and a snack and asked a few questions to get an idea of the vision I was going for with my hair. As time went on, we talked about almost everything which made time fly by. She answered the general questions I asked about hair maintenance with confidence. She was very gentle and made sure I was doing well throughout. During down time, she made sure to clean up as she went which explains why the salon is sparkling clean. It was also just me at the salon that day so it was a very relaxing and personal experience. She took her time with everything which was great. I was very happy with how my hair turned out and she took note of the products/color used to replicate it for next time. I booked a follow up appointment so I think I have found my go to salon. I would highly recommend coming here if you're looking for high quality services in a clean and professional environment. The first stylist I tried to book with got sick and had to cancel but texted me directly to let me know. So I rebooked and went to Richard. Sorry Nicholas. I was in and taken to the chair promptly, quick wash and ready to go. Richard commented that my hair had a wave to it and I was like "that's just cause it's up in the bun all day" but no - my hair apparently can get a nice wavy curl to it, Richard recommended styling products and methods, talked me through everything he was doing - the length was chosen between us both and meant to make the most of my thin hair and cut was meant to grow out well. He asked me questions about what I liked and didn't like about my hair and definitely was listening. He also chatted me up in the chair - conversation was easy. He had a great welcoming vibe. Price was solid. I definitely will go back - and like I always say I will try and make this more of a habit. But then again, I know myself well enough to know it might be a full year before I'm getting another haircut. But Richard listened when I said I'm terrible at cutting my hair regularly and I feel like I've been well set up with what I left with.

Kelley, Luscious lengths owner, is amazing with extensions!! She fixed my not so cute diyed bangs…read morewith just a few keratin bead extensions and I loved them. I was hesitant as I had never gotten extensions before and everyone told me they wouldn't help but Kelley reassured me she could fix the bangs. She also adjusted the price since I was mostly getting extensions in the front instead of my whole head, making it more manageable. Kelley placed the extensions right under the bangs which helped them blend and made them nearly invisible when brushed and styled. The extra hair allowed me to finally put the bangs behind my ears since they were about eye length. These extensions lasted me from September to December and I even dyed and cut them twice (at a hairdresser this time, don't worry). If you are on the fence about extentions or want your bangs gone like me I highly recommend Kelley. She is an extremely wise person that you can trust with your hair and money! Kelley is professional, patient, and kind. I always look forward to her services and our great conversations.
