I described my tattoo to a gentleman on the phone around my wrist lettering I explained that I wanted to add to the tattoo and possibly fill in the lettering and that I wanted to come in the same day rather than come in for a consultation. The gentleman was a very rude and ended the conversation with he's not interested. I feel like it was very unprofessional and very rude. Do not go to this place my opinion not every customer knows exactly how things should or should not be done but for you to just end the conversation is very very rude and unprofessional made me feel like not even wanting to get a tattoo thanks guy on the phone. When he said he wasn't interested when getting off the phone I asked what do you mean you're not interested in his response was I don't have to tell you I would not recommend this place and I didn't even so much just get through the front door.

Lora is truly the best -- highly recommend. I used to have very low piercings and they looked terrible. I tried getting stacked piercings at Rowan, but the nurse (piercer) didn't really know what they were doing. My ears were poked multiple times, nothing was lined up, and it just looked off. Even though I paid a lot, I ended up taking them out. Then I went to Lora -- she immediately understood what I wanted, walked me through everything, and gave thoughtful recommendations. The result looks SO much better. I honestly wish I had found her earlier. Do not go to places that use piercing guns or devices -- they don't follow your markings properly. Go to Lora.

Over a long holiday weekend I realized my piercing was embedded and was honestly a little panicked about it.
