Nothing less than a 5/5 for this business. I sent Yelp a request for a quote at 10 pm yesterday and…read moreliterally 5 minutes later, Robert replied with an estimation for the repair. Even when I told him extra information (my LCD screen was also broken), he modified the quote immediately which was accurate for the actual repair as well. Definitely go here first if you treasure your old phone and want to preserve it before trading in for a new one. The other phone repair businesses only replied to my request through Yelp the next day and their speed of response was nowhere near the level of BE wireless. The price provided by these other businesses were also around $10-20 more expensive than BE wireless' price. I also had a very pleasant experience at the shop with Ken, the front man, who was very humorous. I was actually 15 mins late and one customer got in line before me. Nevertheless, Ken promised my repair will be done in one hour still, and he kept his words. The repair was also spotless. My phone glass and LCD screen were smashed from falling onto the pavement. After the repair, to amateur eyes like mine, my phone is as good as new. Highly recommend you come here for your phone need! I saw people change their battery here as well!

When I called on June 5 to check on the status, I was told the replacement part would arrive and be installed on June 6. However, when I called again today, June 6, I was informed that I would have to wait until Monday because only the manager is able to scan and process incoming packages. What has made this experience even more frustrating is that while I was explaining my concerns over the phone, the employee I spoke with chuckled during the conversation. Whether intentional or not, it came across as dismissive and unprofessional given the situation. I have used this location in the past because it is convenient and I have generally trusted their service. However, this experience has left me questioning that decision. Had I known my phone would be damaged during the repair and that the resolution would take nearly a week, I likely would have chosen another repair provider, even if it cost more. What should have been a relatively quick repair has instead become a lengthy and frustrating process.
