We had it towed here and of course it was just after closing. I intended on following the tow truck and leaving the vehicle for them to take care of in the AM. When I arrived behind the tow truck, there were still some workers finishing up other vehicles. I was inside where they were getting my info with the purpose of finishing in the morning. Again, it was already after hours. I turned around to the manager saying they'd have it done in 10 minutes. I was floored. I was in town for a few days and with family things happening, I did not have the chance to make it back to thank them with treats as I intended. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were welcoming and provided concise info. The waiting room was spacious, had a TV, and provided complimentary coffee. Was told it would take 30 minutes but ended up taking 1 hour for the check up to be completed. I got my tires here in 2021, and they held up well. However I later learned they installed tires that were made in 2017. Selections are more limited, but they have some reasonable prices depending on what you're looking for. Just make sure the tires are newly made.

He and the owner were always friendly, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. That's why what happened during my most recent visit was so disappointing. I stopped by to have air put in my tires--nothing more. While checking them, the employee noticed a nail and told me he could patch it for $45 plus a tip. That immediately seemed excessive, as tire repairs are typically much less expensive. I politely declined and said I'd discuss it with my husband before making a decision. As I was leaving, he stopped me and told me I needed to give him a tip because he had put air in my tires. I was completely caught off guard. In all the years I've been coming here, I've never been charged for air, let alone asked for a tip afterward. I could understand paying for an actual repair or service, but putting air in tires is something many shops do as a courtesy. To avoid an argument, I gave him $5, but then he told me it wasn't enough and that he deserved more because of the labor involved. At that point, I told him to call his boss because the entire situation felt inappropriate and unprofessional. It's a shame because this used to be a business I trusted and recommended. If this is now how customers are treated, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I only hope that $5 was worth losing a loyal customer.

Went to Andy's a few years ago with a low tire. He helped me out and didn't ask for anything…read more Fast forward, my car needed a full set of tires and I had a couple of damaged wheels. Went to Andy's because he was the highest rated tire shop near me. He was busy with 3 cars when I came, but he still took a moment to greet me and when his hands were free, he came over to find out what I needed. He offered me the tires he had in stock that fit my car. He wasn't able to source used OEM wheels for my car, but he told me if I needed the exact tires for me car, I could get my wheels and tires and bring them there, and he would install them. He even shared where I can get them for a good deal. So a few days later, I returned with new wheels and new tires. Of course Andy was busy with two cars, but he got to me fairly quickly. Long story short, Andy masterfully installed my new wheels and tires and even prepared my old wheels and the barely salvageable 2 tires for me to take home (I might try to sell some and maybe keep some as backups). All with care, friendly service and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Andy's Tires and Wheels. Truly a great guy.

They weren't too busy at the time. One of the service mechanics came out to assist us shortly upon our arrival. He was friendly and helpful. He got right to it... very fast at work. All four tires were pumped to standard air pressure in a jiffy. It was free of charge. My Mom and I appreciate the wonderful free service. Thank you!
