Manny did a price match for me. This was important because I have paid for many repairs full price before and it gets expensive. This time I was a first time customer for Dr. Phone Fix. My 6 year old shattered his glass screen even with an Otterbox on it. Manny was very professional and polite. The whole experience was pleasant for an unpleasant situation for myself.
