I do a bit of framing on the side for myself, family, and friends, and they carry a great selection of mat boards and backer/mounting boards, including archival products. Their art supply selection is huge, and they carry just about anything you could need. The customer service has always been excellent - everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And if someone wasn't personally familiar with what I needed help with, they were always quick to find another associate who was. She went through step by step in the sewing process of my machine and discovered that my needle was bent and it was as simple as that. She put in a new needle and it worked!
