I loved the parts of it that I had fresh, however when I had the rest of the sandwich a little later it had gotten extremely squidgy and soggy because they use a regular loaf of bread rather than anythng hard or Italian. Again, makes it less authentic but still very tasty. Despite these remarks, I haven't had a sandwich this good in the Richmond area before, so you should give it a try. And if it were Niche Produce, then they'd only sell unusual and hard to get hipster vegetables and sandwiches. Whereas if it wer Nix Produce, it would close down soon.
