Good food and service. We ordered honey BBQ wings well done (crispy) and they were served that way. They were big and meaty too. Generous with the celery and the blue cheese. I felt the wings took a bit of time to get to the table and we were literally the only table in the place. They have so many beers on draft there. You'll be sure to find something that strikes your fancy and they also run some specials. The appetizers were 3$ off the menu price but I think the beers were only 50 cents off. I ordered the grilled shrimp wrap with lettuce, tomato, bacon and plump shrimp. It came with a side of fries too. I thought the shrimp was plump and very tasty. They didn't skimp on shrimp and the fries were generous. My husband ordered the egg plant parm special for lunch. It was very generous and served over pasta for 8.95. It came with delicious toasted garlic bread too. I would definitely return if I were nearby.

What a shame. Usually one of our local favs. Hoped to enjoy an easy lunch btn errands. Caesar salad had cold chicken taken right out of the fridge. Funny smell and taste. Sent it back. My salad was ok tho only heated to blacken it. I didn't eat my chicken given my concerns on the other meal. Ordered a potato soup which was good. Manager seemed unfazed by our feedback. Waitress was distracted. Took 3 times to get the water we asked for to go with our drinks. Time to say good bye to what I thought was a good local sleeper.

Really zero stars! Avoid this place . Food and service horrible! They would be better off closing the place.

This is the central joke of the The Wine Bar and Italian Kitchen, which sits like a well dressed guest who has wandered into the wrong party and decided to stay anyway. It lives inside The Food Hall at The Borgata, elevated just enough to suggest importance, but not quite enough to escape the gravitational pull of the surrounding chaos. The ambiance is odd. Not necessarily bad mind you, just...existential. You sip wine while someone nearby debates chicken tenders. It keeps you humble. And yet, the food. The food is very good. Complimentary bread arrived with olive oils and olives, which felt like a small act of kindness in a noisy universe. My wife and I began with a meatball appetizer special, a wise decision that rewarded us immediately. Six petite, tender and rich meatballs, the kind that makes you briefly forgive the invention of fast casual dining. I had the lasagna, layered and comforting, like a well organized memory. She had the chicken parmigiana, which achieved that rare balance of crisp and tender, as if someone in the kitchen still actually cared about cause and effect. Both dishes were executed with confidence, the kind that suggests this kitchen knows exactly what it is doing, even if the room around it is having an identity crisis. The wine was not bad. Not transcendent, not life altering, but entirely capable of doing its job, which is to make you slightly more agreeable to everything. Service was also very good. Attentive without hovering, present without becoming a character in the story. Four stars, because the food and service deserve applause, but the setting feels like dining inside a thought that has not quite been finished. Still, if you find yourself at The Borgata and hungry for an Italian meal that rises above its surroundings, this is a very good place to sit, eat, and wonder how you got there.

But it can get crowded. They offered bread with olive oil and olives. We ordered a sangria which was very sweet. They filled our water glasses but didn't check on it for the rest of the night. We ordered lamb chop and ossobuco. The lamb chop was seared perfectly and medium rare. The potatoes were well seasoned and crispy. I liked the broccoli rabe too. The ossobuco was tender and the bone marrow was buttery. The risotto was ok but I didn't like the texture. The sangria was sweet. Overall the food was good.

The space itself is massive, and beautifully and intentionally designed. It's on the top floor of the hotel with a really stunning interior. We had a 9:00 PM reservation on a Saturday night. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance because this place was insanely crowded. Despite how busy it was, we were seated promptly right at the time of our reservation. The food and drinks were outstanding across the board. The steak was cooked perfectly and the Patatas Bravas were a favorite of mine. The cocktails and mocktails were excellent--the house Negroni was one of the best I've had. One thing worth noting: this is definitely a lively and loud space. Great for groups, celebrations, or an upbeat dinner night, but maybe not the best choice if you're looking for a quiet or intimate evening. Lastly, the staff were all incredibly warm, kind, quick, and hospitable. Even with how packed the restaurant was, service didn't feel chaotic or inattentive. Overall, a really wonderful experience and somewhere I will absolutely return to!

This restaurant is located on the top of the Cambria hotel. I heard it was popular, but even with a reservation we had to wait over 25 minutes to be sat at our table. And our table was a high top right in the bar area which was a little disappointing. It was up against a window that I'm sure would have given us an amazing view but it was already so dark outside. The interior of the restaurant was also extremely dim. Because of where we were sat it was extremely loud and I felt a little stuffed into the seat since there was a party of 5 directly behind me sitting. The menu is expansive. We obviously celebrated with a bottle of wine and our server Nina (I think that was her name) was very attentive and always made sure our glasses were filled. The bread was delicious and we decided on a couple tapas. It was hard to eat just because the table was tiny. The food was beautifully presented and came out staggered which was nice. The steak was great, the calamari was very standard. And the crab fritters tasted like a lot of filler.. our favorite was the mushroom and scallop risotto. I'm not a scallop girl but the risotto was cooked beautifully and had such a savory unique buttery flavor that I'm still thinking about! I'd come here again but 10000% please make a reservation!! The ambiance is vibey and the food was pretty good. Be prepared to spend some $$ here!
