We have been to every Central American country except Guatemala, and we can attest to the flavors. They had recently opened in the space after having been in the food truck out front. We had the ceviche app which is citrus based rather than tomato and is reminiscent of what we have had in Panama and Costa Rica. However, the portion size was smaller than expected given the price ($12). My wife had 2 pork tacos ($8) and I had the papas y chorizo ($13) topped with an egg ($2) and a side of black beans ($2).
